Good afternoon!
Today turned out to be a nice afternoon. Completed all (I think) my outdoor honey do list items. Even took both cars to the car wash for the super duper outside/underside/wheels cleaning. We then cleaned the inside rubber mats and vacuumed the carpet. They are almost like new cars again... :)

I need to slow down on this completion list or I may find that she FINDS more for me to do in my free time.

Last major decision of the day: Yuengling or Jameson?

You guys work WAY harder than me. You are busy doing many things all the time where I go in spurts. Knock out a bunch of stuff and now I am good for awhile... The next thing on my to do list doesn't have to happen until Saturday. :)

Being retire does have its benefits. The only issue is you may have to be OLD to qualify.

Yuengling gets my vote!

Sam's club for odds and ends. Of course hubby wanted one of the rotisserie chickens so I grabbed some of the red skin potato salad. So I didn't do a dam thing all day.
LOL! I grabbed a chicken, cherry tomatoes, and some avocados. They need to ripen though.

Rained last evening so dirt moving is on hold. Long story short. Got a garden box on legs. Filled with dirt, planted the tomato's. Checked it 2 days later. It collapsed. Although the thing is bolted together the side boards were just glued to the pieces that were bolted together. The tomatoes are fine their just needing replanted yet one more time. This will be # 3 the charm I hope. Just getting me behind with other projects.

I bought a car on the 29th for my brother and his woman. Seen this on of all places Craig's list it called out to me. 2001 Ford Focus wagon,87,000 miles. Hubby and I have been driving it. Turns out to be a very good car. We did a couple matinance things we know they wont do. Hubby wants to keep it. Put my big foot down no we already have 6 vehicles insured and tagged.:lol: So I hope they soon come up with the money to transfer it. I'm not paying for everything.

Good morning! I'm fine, my pride was hurt more than my rock hard head.

Started the day by tripping and sending Victors breakfast sailing. So today was laundry day, now is floors then laundry day.

They sure make stuff flimsy these day. I had bought that little coop and run from TSC and it's falling apart from just sitting there.

I wouldn't want to tag and insure it either Drott, we're at 4 and planning on selling the Explorer as soon as Mr. V is done replacing the ball joints. Then deciding which of the cars goes, either the 500 or my mustang.

Mrs Punkin would say, "get rid of all three of them and buy something you can use all year round", if Mr V has gone away with the truck.

The Explorer is an all weather vehicle, but it's a '99 and always needs parts so it's the first to go. Mr. V had it for the mail delivery, so doesn't need it anymore. The 500 is a great car, it's good in snow. The mustang on the other hand is useless for 7-8 months of the year. But it's fun. If I were to get rid of all three I'd probably look for a used jeep. I refuse to buy another new car.
