Not wining. My modem router combo was just delivered. The box has 6 of them in it. I ordered 1. My account shows 1 that I was charged for. Got to figure out how to return the other 5. I'll want proof of some kind I returned them . So they don't try to charge me when they find the mistake. GRrrr

Just hang on to them until they ask. They can't charge you for 6 since you have proof you only ordered 1. If they want them back they will pay for shipping or come and get them. Just keep the box so you have something to ship them back in. Where did you order them from?
Merry Christmas. We bought towels there and ordered 6 bath and 6 hand. We received 12 of each plus 2 gigantic beach towels of another color. They never asked for them back or charged us extra. How do these companies stay in business?
How could they think that? They made the mistake. But it is not like you need 5 extra modems as backup!
If they ask they will pay for the return or if they are close by you could drop them off.
I'm having the opposite problem. I ordered 2 things from Amazon that they already charged me for but they seemed to be lost. They said I can get a refund but I got them on a sale price so it will cost more to reorder the stuff again.
