Victor seems confused today, I'm really concerned. Finishing up today's cookie baking then will snuggle him on the couch. Hopefully a little nap will set him straight. *fingers crossed*

Didn't you mention something about looking to move farther South a couple of years ago? I know the older I get the more the cold bothers me. BUT with all the insulation I have, I wouldn't consider moving into the Southern states. We like it here in PA because we get everything. Give it some time and the seasons change. Where you are it seems the seasons are Cold, Colder, Cold, Hot...

We did talk about it, but I HATE bugs. In warm climates they have BIG bugs, here not so much. In Puerto Rico I saw a ginormous thing that could fly. I think a woman told me it was a palmetto bug or something like that. Hill no, I almost passed out. I'm willing to be cold here where the bugs freeze.

I'd send ya warmth if I could. A few years back I got an electric bucket and a pond size heater that fits my other bucket. One of my better investments. So just have to run an electric cord out every winter.

Haha! I don’t like bugs either! We have this old cellar outside, and I came across the scariest bug I have ever seen a few years ago... it looked like a cricket mixed with a spider! I couldn’t even breathe to scream...lol it was about 2 1/2 inches long. I discovered there were several in there! I have not been back in there since...lol About a month before that we found one in the house on our door. It must have hopped inside when the door opened. They will literally chase you! It hopped at me and I swear it was chasing me! My husband was behind me and the spider cricket trying to get me to stop so he could smash it, and I was like “I will not stop unless I die”! Haha!

I'm sorry for laughing, but I so empathize. We had a katydid in the house, Mr. V almost wet his pants when he saw me with a garbage can lid and spray clorox clean up trying to kill it. I had to run outside, he killed it for me. Had he not been home, Victor and I would have gone to a hotel. Yep, I'm that wimpy.

[emoji23] I feel the same way about stink bugs as well! We never had an issue with them until about 2 or 3 years ago. I hate them...lol
Katydids are scary too! We are very much alike on the bug front! I’ll sacrifice everyone to get away!

They are terrifying!! They got real hops too!! Those monsters can jump!

Grasshoppers are my phobia. So lump in anything with similar legs and I lose it. Mr. V finds is rather funny as I'm not afraid of anything else. I would plow him over to get away from a bug, no problem.
