$47 later, I have produce. Including 10# of beautiful tomatoes.

Wood is astronomical right now. DIL had to add a bay to the horse shelter, one bay cost more than the entire rest of the structure. I'm hanging on to all my lumber, told Sonny it's the inheritance.

Good news is I found 1/2 sheet and 3/4 sheet of the good plywood in each of two sheds, Was left over from when We put in the floors. The 3rd shed used for the chickens got the cheap 3/4" OSB. So my wood just got cheaper. 3.79 for 2x4s GRrrr I rember getting them for 1.75 Rant over Low's trip on the list for today.

Good morning. Tomato day, those are still expensive even at the Farmer's market. $3 lb. Hopefully they come back down and have bushel pricing or this hut will have the great tomato shortage of 21.

What kind of vibes do ya get from them? Credit check and contact their references. Contract length Good lawyer if they break the contract or destroy the hut. But you already know all that.
I haven't met her, she contacted the realtor. I sent back my terms and we'll see what happens. She is a well known person in town, so she'll be trustworthy. Or should be.
