Now I feel bad. But Lancaster Co. is Mostly farm land. Or it use to be and we have a longer growing season. Some of the farm stands are much higher their greedy.

Sweet Corn - $2.50/13 ears

Zucchini - 2/$1.00

Peppers – 3/$1.00

Eggplants – 2/$1.50

Tomatoes - by the piece, quart, or basket

Peaches - $3.00/quart, 2 quarts/$5.00

Cantaloupes - $2.00-$3.00 each

Watermelons - $2.50-$4.50

That's a bit lower than our normal market that we go to, I think this one's prices were crazy. I should have been tipped off by the petting zoo and tractor rides. :laugh:
I did find green beans locally for $1.50, so dilly beans by the boat load are scheduled for this week. *note to self, find more dill.*

:lol: the size I need must be the popular size Low's or Home depot won't have them back in stock till 28th. So I made the other ones work. I toenailed the last coop but not able to do that this time wrist can't handle it. The chick wont care what it looks like. :lol::lol: Just dive me crazy every time I see it.
