Good morning. TSC then to visit Mr., D.

Mr. D. has had 2CTs, an MRI several x rays, an ultrasound of his neck and heart and several tests on his heart all have come back good. I'm hoping they soon run out of test and send him home.

Another boring update on Mr. D
I was on the phone with Mr. D at the right time this morning. His DR. came in to talk to him. They did another chest Xray since he developed a cough to rule out pneumonia. Also, another test on his head. Pt decided Mr. D Needs acute PT. I informed the Dr. that our insurance does not pay for that. Hés going to check anyway. Asso informed him that Mr. D will not go to a nursing home for it. He then said home care when they come in 3x a week but it's not as good as acute. Our insurance wouldn't pay for acute on site in2023 so unless there's a miracle, he will be getting home care pt.

Good morning. Waiting on a call from cars for kids, with appointment time for pick up. Then to see Mr. D. Just another fun day.

Good morning. Mr. D. did come home yesterday. So the fun at the shack has begone. His back hurts and he's already bit ching about having therapy.

Trying to get the shack presentable, which is almost impossible.

Home health care didn't like Mr. D's Oxygen levels or low heart rate. So back to the ER. I came home to feed and let the Girl's out.

Ok Mr. D. came home around 1:30 under Hospital Care at home. Which means he wasn't discharged from the hospital. RN 2x a day, I have to check his blood sugar before every meal and call for dosage of insulin to give him, Tylenol for pain I have to call and tell them how much and time and keep track of liquid input and output. plus they call for vitals I have to check. Fun at the shack. But Mr. D's home.

Turkeys in the oven were shooting for 5:30-6:00 because a nurse is coming at 3:30. The one this morning was here for 2 hours, but there was a conference call with the Dr.

Good almost noon. Bussy this morning trying to make the shack presentable for the nurse. Then wrestling the girls in their spaces for her arrival.

Waiting on the Nurse. Good news they may discharge Mr. D. tomorrow. Bad news is Highmark called and said his last admit isn't covered, So far, we have 7 days not covered not counting tomorrow.
