I'll just recommend one - it was my very first mix, and i liked it!
Then I went and started playing, adding stuff to it -
I'd try TFA (Flavor Apprentice) Double RY4. I know some go light, but I mix it at like 15% for a fairly sweet, almost creamy RY4 - NOT a strong tobacco flavor.

But because of that, you can blend ALL KINDS of things into it:
My all day vape is a variant that adds some Bavarian Creme (more creamier) and some Acetyl Pyrazine (some nutty).
I also make an "RYFruity" that adds some fairly random fruit to it - banana and watermelon, etc.
You could easily add a more serious tobacco if you wanted, too.
But I think it's a great "base" and an easy starting point for someone getting into DIY - ESPECIALLY if you like any RY4's...

To save me from potentially dozens of differing answers in the DIY forum...
Anyone here feel like recommending a beginning list of flavors for me? (Feel free to PM it if preferred)
I prefer tobacco and fruit flavors, and have a slight sweet tooth. lol
I'll have to go back through the thread and save some of those recipes too!

Hadn't thought of that until you mentioned it--but I think it does remind me of that gum--only it doesn't lose it's flavor :) It is really a good vape!!

BTW--I would like to have a code for a reorder if you are handing them out...

It's not a discount code, it's a Chief buy a bottle of juice for xstitch code :) I figured it was easier than me trying to mail it to her myself. :?:

Move to a different country.. problem solved!

It seems to me that the actions of governments in different countries are becoming more similar everyday, regardless of their purported ideologies.

ETA: Nice creative editing tonight Dusty.

I also like Ry4 double!!! And caramel candy, vanilla bean ice cream, butterscotch, etc.
I find recipes that sound good and then order the flavors.

Releaser of the KRAKEN
The Taifun gets rave reviews. Lot of people prefer it over the Kayfun. I mean to the point of totally ditching their Kayfuns (all versions).

Sent from a BIG phone.....Galaxy Note 3

Yeah, that what I've been hearing, and the reason I was asking. hmmm . Thanks

I have two clones, and really like them other than one annoying little thing - not glass. They are relatively easy to build and easy to fill and to me at least produce more vapor/flavor than the Kayfun clones.

thanks

I don't use inferior JDS'. The Provari demands the best. Kayfun Lite or bust!

So no one here use the Taifun GT?

I doooo! Had two authentics but could never build them right consistently. Sold them when the Kayfuns came out.

Finally got back on it after talking about it with tony. I've been able to build it consistently now with no leaks.

Pros:
- has a slightly more intense flavor than kayfun
- access to coil without having to drain the juice
- great flavor
- smoother draw than a kayfun.
- 5ml juice capacity
- wicking system can withstand higher wattage chain vaping
- m tanks and nano kits available for cheap on fasttech
- no whistling EVER

Cons:
- slightly harder to build just because it uses a screw head to capture the leads vs a kayfun which has a screw head and a wide deck below
- if you prefer a looser draw you'll need to remove the air post, which makes leaks happen easier
- severely outdated AFC system. Not a huge issue for me since I take out the air post anyway. But yeah. You cannot adjust airflow without dismantling your coil, and the air posts are tiny and prone to getting lost
- (personal opinion) .... ugly drip tip
- tall. The atty is reaaaaaaally big.
- 23mm instead of 22mm
- Plastic tabk section only. The plastic section is also "fused" to the metal, so swapping it out is a mighty pain in the .....
-

For me, none of the cons bother me at all, so I really really like my Taifun gt now :) the fasttech clones are excellent. But if I had to choose between a kayfun and a TAIFUN, I would still pick a kayfun because IMO it has a more rounded flavor, and I'm just a lot more consistent at building the kayfun. It's still my most reliable atty that I'm familiar with. :)
