There is a big thread about RTSvapes. From memory, I think he found an existing pharma lab, that wanted some work on the side. He is right in the heart of tobacco country, it was probably no problem to contract with existing farmers. I don't know what volume of tobacco it takes to get nic extract, but it would sure help if the growing part was already in place around you.
