I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he'll be bringing in the The Rose by Eden mods to the US. Pre-orders are open now at Big Buddha Vapors | Rose Atomizer

I got to play around with it and was pretty happy with fit, finish and vape production.

I'm surprised this atty isn't getting more exposure here. It's got a popular thread on UKV. I'm guessing since it's made in the UK and the first batch is only 175 units that it's just not seeing airtime. Mine will arrive today, and I can't wait to get a dual micro/cotton build setup in it.

It's got a large build area, bulletproof construction, and unlike the Aqua, is 22mm diameter which will look perfect on my mods.

I can't wait to get these into the states and give it a go. Saw the Todd Review and I know he's a big KF guy and he said he prefers the Rose over the KF. Couldn't believe it. In watching the video, I have to say I hate how the connections work. I can see myself taking all day to get the wires into those little holes, but if the vape is all that good, I may be willing to try it. If I don't like it, then it'll just hit the classies like everything else I don't like.

I've rebuilt my Rose quite a few times so far, and have yet to damage the cup. I wouldn't trade the Rose for any other RBA currently on the market.. ;)

no i bet you wouldn't. from the limited amount of info thats available, imo this device is the best of all RTA worlds! i really want one but, i also *really* want a DNA 20 box mod! gunna have to pick my battles... might have to wait till after xmas sadly.

replacement cups? hopefully on the chance you do break on they won't be to hard to come by... did you get a spare technonut?

The Rose Atomizer will be available in the middle of February 2014. Orders will not ship until that time.

Looks like Big Buddah Vapors is taking preorders on the batch coming in next month.. The way things go, probably the end, not the middle.. ;) I wonder how many more spots are available? Now is the time to order if you want one.

LOL! The Hana Modz Pack v3 caught me by surprise, and left me with a 12 hour window to raise funds, since I exceeded my budget for the month. (I never use a credit card for vape-gear. ) With great sadness, I sold Rose, and can almost kick myself. No more polished editions will be available, the engraved SS atty stand will not be included, and no personalized engraving on the atty base.

Oh well, I do have a Hana v3 scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.. ;) Perhaps, I can swing a Rose from Big Buddah if they're not all gone before my February budget is available. :p I do miss Rose.. One of the most flavorful attys I've had the pleasure to vape. :vapor: If it wasn't for having Sophia, I would not have let it go.... Hana would have had to wait. ;)

By the time it ships, china will have a copy of it for 20 bucks

I wouldn't touch a cloned Rose with a 10ft stick... I figure if I could spend over $250.00+ a month on smokes without batting an eye before, I can afford the real-deal of an atty I've had the pleasure to follow from the planning stages to completion. ;) Doesn't hurt that it's better than the Kayfun, Ithaka, and Taifun GT IMO.. I've used them all.. :)

Sorry buddy, can't rationalize spending $250 on a three dollar fabrication, just don't make sense to me

Yeah, kind of like rationalizing $250.00+ a month for years on tobacco which gets burnt to ashes, and tossed away huh? ;) :) The Rose is $200.00, not $250.00 BTW.

EDIT: I posted this in another forum last week:

$400.00 is less than the majority of us spent on tobacco in a 2 month span. ($500.00+ in my case) I see post after post from folks complaining about how expensive vape-gear is (Not directed specifically to you ;) ). I didn't kid myself when I started vaping over 3 years ago, and continued to budget the same amount of $$ spent on tobacco for vaping.

Sometimes I don't spend the entire monthly budget, and have extra $$ for other things. Sometimes I spend every cent, and need to sell something on the classies to make up the difference if I run across a piece of gear I can't live without.

I NEVER use a credit card for vape-gear, and have not been in any debt with interest attached for vaping. I didn't "magically" have extra $$ because I quit tobacco. I merely substituted vaping for tobacco smoking. It's all about the harm-reduction for me. :)

I guess we were all "rich" when we smoked tobacco, and always managed to buy that daily pack or weekly carton no matter what. ;) I do know if I were to quit vaping tomorrow, within a couple of days I would be right back at the smoke shop buying my weekly carton + cigars. At least I have something to show for the $$ now, instead of a mountain of empty packs, ashes, and butts. Try selling or trading those on the classies. :p

I realize some folks' situations are different, but the tobacco was not free or cheap when we smoked. Neither is quality vape-gear. :vapor: The mod-makers and manufacturers have an idea of what we spent before, and that is probably one reason the prices are what they are.

Just my :2c: of course.. ;)
