Finally got my Russian today! Took some quick reassembly but got her workin, vapes like a mad well Russian! Running a micro coil with 28awg kanthal around 1.3-1.4 ohms. Sad thing is I dropped my vamo today and wrecked it pretty bad. New one is coming in the mail so I'll be able to dial in the wattage.

Live long and vape happy my friends!

I didn't think you could break a Vamo by dropping it!

Since i broke my vamo, I'm vaping it on a Silver Bullet, and I didn't think I could either. I dropped it while I was waiting for my barber, took the battery extension off and the positive connection on the circuit board broke off. I got home and took it apart (tougher then they make it look in the videos) and tried to re-solder it on but while I was trying to remove the circuit board I broke the plastic contacts that actuate the menu buttons...I was so bummed. But at least i have my trusty silver bullet to lean back on, she's ever failed me yet.

I was wondering, though, I keep getting light flooding through the air hole. I use cotton and 28awg kanthal. I always try and make sure I seat the o-ring in the top cap, but for some reason it keeps flooding out of the air hole, not a lot, but enough to be annoying, any suggestions??? please help!

Seriously considering one of these bad boys. How tough is the rebuild (I have sasquatch size fingers)?

It's pretty easy if you've been wrapping coils for a small amount of time, and once you get the hang of how to wrap it around the terminals, it only gets easier from there! I say get one!!!! their great!
