Good day fellow vapers!
So as we all know by now the search for finding that one juice that you love can be long and arduous. My experience so far hasn't been any different.
I'm now about 15 flavors deep and have only found one or two I can vape on for longer than one sitting.
My first experience with any juice at all was ectoplasm from Fuzionvapor. Their version of the ecto coolers. Love this stuff but I wish it was stronger. After this I tried various other flavors including fruits and the like. Fruit isn't my thing. Save lemon and lime. No strawberry, cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, blueberry. They are all too sugary and sweet.
So I stopped buying in the local B&M because they couldn't even really tell me what their flavors were like. They also don't have a very large selection.
I kept looking around locally and found another B&M that carried Fuzionvapors stuff and ended up walking out with zombie killer. A cucumber melon-ish mix that they claim is meant to get your lost taste back. I just like the way it tastes anyway. So now I mix the Zombie killer with the Ectoplasm and that has been my all day vape for months and months.
vaping one flavor for that long gets kind of old so I decided to try my luck again and I ordered some samples from vaoprchef.
My experience with these flavors was terrible. I ordered Slartibartfast, apple brandy, schmecto schmooler, and coolcumber melon. The slartibartfast is meant to be a more tobacco Cavendish type. Unfortunately to me it's like being punched in the face by musky vanilla. I also very much dislike vanilla. This stuff made me somewhat sick and I haven't been able to even open it again. The Apple Brandy tastes like straight up booze. Now I don't mind this but it would be nice if there was any other flavor to it at all. I can't taste the apple whatsoever. This one has a strange creamy overtone to it as well, same at the bartifast. Can't do it. The coolcumber melon had my hopes up but even THIS ONE still had that weird creamy feel/taste to it, not to mention a cooling agent which I discovered I don't like either. The one saving grace to all of this was the Schmecto Schmooler. They claim this is a copy of the Ecto cooler but to me it tastes like straight up Oranges. Clean, sweet but not sugary, and very juicy. This one I like. I could do this one all day.
So I boxed those guys away and keep trying to go back once in a while hoping that stepping them for a month or two would help but they are still pretty nasty lol.
Went through a bad experience with a cinnamon vape.... never again. Hadouken by fuzionvapor is like vaping on vics vapo rub. It's not bad but again.. it's like a cough drop so maybe when I have a soar throat? Not something I could use daily. The Dean tastes slightly like a peanut butter tobacco, but I've also found that I need to vape crisp clean stuff or I tend to get a headache. Anyone ever get this? I feel like it stems from when I used to smoke analogs. I was strictly a menthol smoker and if I tried to smoke a normal analog I would get a gross feeling in my stomach and develop a headache.
A friend sent me another apple booze flavored one, and this one is loads better than vaporchef. The alcohol flavor is still a bit strong but I'm saving this one for special occasions and perhaps when I'm already drinking.
I also tried Spartan Wives from Fuzion and their PRIME line. This is a light watermelon which I've found I can tolerate and find rather pleasing. It's not overly sugary or intense but it just leaves me wanting something more... something crisper or sharper? It's hard to explain.
I've also tried a few menthols which have all been waaaay too strong. Not looking for Peppermint either. In my everyday life I absolutely LOVE spearmint and wintergreen. I have an ulcer and I eat spearmint Rolaids like candy lol.
So at this point I'm trying to order a menthol Sampler pack. Halo's looks great aside from Kringles Curse which I'm pretty sure is peppermint. Myfreedomsmokes had a 10 bottle sample pack for 20$ which is a great deal on a sampler pack the only drawback is that this pack only comes in 12mg nic. I currently vape at 6mg and have no desire to go higher. I already overdo it at 6 and I feel if I went up I would only make myself sick. I was thinking of adding unflavored juice but was wondering how much that would cut down the flavor as well? There are some spearmint and wintergreen vapes at Crystal Canyon that I'm interested in trying.
Gah so many choices! Why do I have to be so picky!!!!?!??!?!
Anyone have any suggestions? I would prefer to be able to buy in a sampler pack and at 6mg nic or lower even 0.
