Hello ECF Community
An Australian user of Greensmoke for....oh, around 3 years, I was devistated when they emailed me and told me they were not shipping to Australia any more. (actually, I was really ...... - I'd invested alot of time and money and now all my equipment was useless)
So, now the hunt is on!!!! An even better replacement to enjoy my nicotine vaping.
Wow! Having been satisfied with my current gear, I was surprised at the advancements and range that was now available.
After extensive research, my first stop was V2. All the reviews were excellent, and the new EX line looked amazing. Unfortunately, its not for me. I find the draw WAY too airy, and, really, found the flavors (menthol and peppermint) just too blah.
Just ordered yesterday, and currently awaiting arrival, is the Halo. I have ordered a G6 battery, some filled carts, and a step up in the vaping world, have also ordered a Triton battery and 2 tanks. I tried the Ex blanks with the V2 Ex battery - liked the concept and the cleanness of the flavor, but still - way too airy. So I thought I might give Halo a try. The only drawback for me is Halo's lack of a Vanilla option - Menthol and Vanilla are my staple diet. Haven't been too adventurous so far in the variety of flavors I have tried, but think that may change with the tank option. Ive kept the Ex blank tanks from V2, as I understand they will fit on the Halo system.
If anyone has any other companies they would like to recomend??? Cart life is important....the only thing I didnt like about GS was the fact that I chewed through carts. I was only ever a 1/2 pack a day smoker (ultra lights) but have found that I had to go all the way up to 24mg carts to get the hit and make the cart last longer. Even at that, I was going through 2 carts a day. Mind you, as soon as the flavor starts to go "off" I tend to replace the cart before it REALLY starts to taste bad.
Tanks are OK for at home, but I need the discretion of a "cigalike" at work. vaping is not all that common in Australia, and it still freaks alot of people out when I pull out my ecig
Thanks for listening/reading. All opinions greatly appreciated!
