This i what i use, and i vape my carts empty every time.

The Filter material iam using is

rough aquarium filter type T/AT1000F

Looks just like the blue foam.. though with it being black in color it would be tough to tell if the foam is dry or still wet. You'd have to pat it dry with a paper towel to really see.

The problem i've found with melting the plastic straw is that it leetches a nasty taste in the juice. I'm not sure if it can be cleaned/washed away as i've not tried.

I use the straw method just like that but use a piece of cut cigarette tube filter to plug. Works great every single time.

Ahh yeah.. Still no burnt taste from that. If your type of straw leaves a burnt taste from that, just use the needle to poke the holes insted.

Yeah you got the exact same straw as me.. heh. Anyways, i was doing another mod for a 2.5x cart mod and used the straw for the juice chamber and melted the end together to seal the straw end. I could'nt handle the nasty taste the straw gave off and i gave up on the mod.

Still no burnt taste. My 510 takes 17 -18 drops. When i need to refill there is only 1 drop left in the filter. i can live with that.

If i shake the ecig a little, iam able to get that last drop out to.

If your straws leaves a burnt taste. Just poke the holes without heating the needle.

I do not know if it is... if so, then the Reservoir Straw & Plug Mod also works very well.
And then you can use the Silly Monkey Cart mod Video for a how to make the Reservoir Straw & Plug Mod

Thanks for making it so easy and not complicating something simple.

Off to buy some more porous foam. What I have is too dense and wasting too much juice.

I use that black foam cause I had it instead of blue, very porous, worked very good. I never used the straw though just a black foam plug. I will give this a try...very nice.
