Southeastern Minnesota received around 6" yesterday. We're not supposed to get more snow until tomorrow, but weather does usually move west to east, so what's being experienced west of us usually gets here. Currently 8 degrees above zero F.

We've come to the point in winter where the snow is starting to be less enjoyable and more of a hassle. Taxi cab I took yesterday (after sending out PIF stuff) backed into my driveway, slid and drove its trailer hitch into my garage door. $250.00 damage.

My deductible is $1,000.00.

Aw, phooey.

We'll north Georgia is finally starting to dig out of Snowpocalypse 2011. We had 6-8 inches and now we are just dealing with icy roads.

Been following the weather reports - the south really got hammered. And there's more to come. It's just insane!

eastern washington is getting hit pretty good, in my home town we got 6" last night and still nowing were expecting about 10-12" then ice for a day then flooding because its supposed to get warmer in a few days.....FUN!!

All I can say is, "ACK"!!!!! Snow, ice, flood. Sounds like Minnesota

Sounds like Southwestern Minnesota. I have been trying to get to Mankato -on Saturdays- since the last week of November. Seems every Saturday it's either been a blizzard or hazardous road conditions. Right now it's -6. Balmy weather.

Sorry to hear about your garage:(

Hey, do you guys think all this wierd weather is due to Gore-bal Warming? Or is that Global Gore-ming?

(He invented the Interweb, ya know... LOL)

The predicted snow hasn't started here yet. We're expecting only a light dusting, according to the local meteorologists. Which means, we'll probably get buried...

When I lived in Minneapolis we would pour cups of water off the balcony and watch it freeze before it hit the ground~!

I know!!! Isn't that just wild?! What about fish houses? Freaks me out every winter when I look out the front window to see some guy in a pick up pulling his ice house on the lake. Little towns pop up all over the lake.

Minnesotans are odd.

I no longer live in Minnesota. It's the Antartic. Temp at 9 a.m today is -22 below. With windchill, it's -40 below.

I'm going back to bed and pretending today never existed.

Where abouts in New Mexico are you? Cause I can surely send some snow your way.:laugh::laugh::laugh:
