Well the wind is blowing strong and it's even colder than yesterday ! 1- yes ONE degree here and below zero wind chill even colder in other parts of the state!Schools closed again.....Darn kittys are going thru their litter faster than usual for some reason so I may have to "borrow" some of the next door neighbors landscapeing sand! I feel fortunate though here so many other parts of the country are in much worse shape as they've had several snows and this is really the first major one here this year. Ive lived in Mn and Wis when I was a kid so I can still remember what "real" winter is.In all seriousness though I pray each and everyone gets thru this storm without any serious problems. If you can stay in and keep warm if you must go out please be safe......How is it in yoiur part of the country?!........

Well folks another fridgid morning -6 just a couple hours earlier and schools etc if not closed are 2 hour delay and a advisory for no one to be outside due to dangerous cold. If it is this bad here i can only vaugely imagine what the rest of the country must be like.I pray there is no one without shelter during this cold spell;man or beast.I am so thankful to the Lord that I have what I do and was able to prepare for this storm. My son has two of his friends here that can't get home as they live up in the mountains here where the roads are impassible at this time. It's been like a sleepover party for them and they have their personal laptop and the playstation.Netflix and assorted DVD's to watch so they are'nt bored LOL!Of course they have been so good at offering to help with dishes cooking cleaning up etc. Please be safe everyone.....God bless.
