Well, Neil is quite easy to listen to You may also like Nils Lofgren who played guitar for Diamond, Bruce Springstein's E-Street band, and his solo work I think you'll like if you like Neil and James. (great song you posted by the way. I listened to several more of the ones that popped up at the end. )
