Must resist the temptation for another music thread, barely got time for this one........................must resist!

The English teacher in me bristles at the title. It's I wish I were, dammit:laugh:! Shadow, more than anyone else by a long shot, your songs are almost all completely new to me. Well, bob's posted plenty novel stuff, as well (stupid sin bin). I go back when the game's not in play to listen more fully, and though some are not up my alley, some of them have been really cool:2cool:. Thanks for that:toast:!

My pleasure Becky. Most stuff I listen to is not for everyone but it works for me. Music is very important to me and I wasn't joking when I said it saved my life. When I was young I had pretty bad depression and all the drugs they gave me didn't do a thing for me, I listen to a lot of dark and sad music and for me it really helped me out of my struggle depression. Something about being able to see and appreciate pain and sorrow from the outside looking in at it is so beautiful to me, to know that I am not the only one who has felt a certain way and that those feelings are ok and were a part of who I am. Memories will always be with me, but I have learned to appreciate them and embrace them.

I am most likely the happiest person I know these days
