I'm getting concerned that batches are not being consistent. I tried both the Reserves and wasn't crazy about either one of them. I vaped them, because they weren't unvapeable and I hate wasting juice, but I kept checking my level and wishing to finish it up.

Oa was ok - but not great but I'll re-visit it. Budachai is way to spicey for me, so that will be pif'd. Merlen's Bow - meh. Sean Lepreconnery - meh.

It's quite possible the batches have something to do with it. My experiences with GR have been mixed. It's definitely possible

I've tried to twice now in 1.5 months but it was the same bottle

What are you vaping it in? I'm dripping it on a .8ohm coil and not getting much banana at all.

ETA: with cotton wick

Last night, my wife had in in the kayfun which I coiled to 1.3Ω. She had it on her provari. She had me vape it while I was simultaneously vaping grandmaster on my hana modz v3 at 20 watts. After I tried it on the provari, I told her it didn't taste right and she got offended.

I then tried it on the hana mod at varying wattages. from 12 up to 30 watts. she agreed the peanut butter was pretty much non-existent, which is probably why she likes it.

my first 2 orders were fantastic. my next 2, not so much. it's still good, but only about 70% as much, which is a little upsetting. they've all steeped a considerable amount so I'm extremely confidant in saying so.

i was told it had to do exclusively with the barrels. the only thing that makes logical sense is the steep time in the barrels.

either way, my all-time favorite vape was dethroned. not because i don't like it, but i'll be constantly chasing those 2 original batches I'm used to. I have 2.5 bottles left and ordered another one so I'm not giving up yet.

ive been feeling the same way

maybe since they have been more popular
these are getting less barrel steep time

either way starting to hear the song
the thrill is gone

on my latest batch

I think this thread and their sponsored events are giving them publicity, but I think there focus isn't the juice anymore but keeping the money flowing.

Unfortunately, not having that consistent taste people grow to love is going to completely shut them off.

I'm still waiting on them to send me a replacement from last Monday/Tuesday. I did place an order over that weekend that hasn't shipped as well. I would personally rather wait till my juice is "ready" instead of it being hurried along to stay on top of orders

Its funny how everybody gets the same liquid, and tastes something different. My MB, not so happy with. Seemed artifical, and Grandmaster was spot on! Go figure:confused:

So many variables. And as I said before, and I'll repeat, whenever you have complex flavors, they are all going to have a sweet spot. So vape it a little cool, and one flavor overpowers the mix. Run it too hot, and another comes in to play. So many variables in terms of wick, coil size and resistance, voltage you are vaping at, air flow in, air flow out, size of chamber, wet/dry wick. Too much to tell if it's the juice or setup. Now we throw in any inconsistencies of the ingredients, human factor in mixing, and steep time. Enough to make your head spin.

My opinion, is the juices seem consistent in general, but some do need steep time, and seeing as most are very complex flavor mixes, setup can change everything

i use the same setup as far as wick and coils with all my attys. i use only 3 atomizers (kayfun, taifun, and aqua). I've tried all the juices in question in all these devices. i use mech and regulated mods but have been using nothing but the hana mod since i purchased it.

i've been buying juice from steamco for a couple of months now so i'm very confident when i tell you these things. obviously your experience may differ from mine

So about how long are y'all typically waiting to receiving shipment confirmation after ordering?

I'm over here awaiting confirmation for a must-have birthday order and, although it has "only" been 2 days, am frankly a little concerned. Especially given that it seems they ran out of the reserves a few hours after my order

I know they ship priority, so it SHOULD get here 2 days after shipping, but given that the postal workers in my area are idiots and manage to lose or "temporarily displace" about 1/3 of my packages, I can't rely on that and have to assume it'll be at least 4 days for me to receive an item that should arrive in 2.

Normally if I order from them early in the day I might get a confirmation email for shipping later that night. And I get the order in about a day or 2, I only live a state over so. There normally pretty good about that. I also noticed they were out, I went to order again last night and now I gotta wait till monday. Glad I have enough, maybe email them and ask?

as I stated earlier, they just sponsored a big tournament this past weekend. I assume at least some of their people actually attended said event. It's logical to assume they had quite an influx of orders from this weekend, especially with the coupon code.

I expected some delay, surely. It's now Thursday and I also have heard nothing from Steamco. If I don't get a confirmation by Saturday, I'll definitely be contacting them.

I might be more inclined to contact them earlier, but I got 3 of the mixology line juices from Five Pawns so I'm pretty set in the juice department for a little bit

Hell, I'm still waiting for them to respond to an e-mail about another issue from a little over a week ago. Probably just give them a call if I don't hear from em by Saturday. Figured I'd give em an extra day or two just in case.

yea, I doubt most would know about their sponsorships of fighting game tournaments

I just happen to be a fan and play them myself

What do you play? I was pretty heavy on MvC3/UMvC3 before I quit and tried to get back into Street Fighter before eventually realizing I didn't have time to play anything at the time lol. Also dabbled in SkullGirls, but they have far too many issues with patching for me to be bothered.

Intend on picking UMvC3 back up, and SF when Ultra is released, but I have to buy a new stick first. I can play Marvel on controller pretty well, but some of my characters just really aren't controller-friendly =/
