Today me and a buddy went out to play 9 holes of golf - I hate that it gets dark at 5:30 now...

Anyway, we played the back 9 and heading up the the #11 tee, I couldn't help to notice how goooood his analog smelled. Since I haven't had one in just about 10 days I asked for one not knowing what to expect. I lit it up...took a small drag....ooof....was it awful. Then I tried another drag...."xxxx!" What the hell?? Why had I smoked these things for almost 26 years?!??!?!?? I threw it down in disgust and pulled out my 510....HEAVEN!

I can say this without a doubt - I have quit smoking never to return to it!

Yeah, it's really amazing how awful they taste going back to them. I had the same experience. Even worse, I smoked a friends from out of town. It had the fire ......ant in it. Taster horrible. I was shocked, could barely take more than a couple puffs. I tried a local friends, sans the chemical, and they weren't nearly as bad. But still nothing compared to my little vape stick It feels great to do that and think, wow, I never want to smoke again.

The other night, my hubby, my son and a friend of ours were all smoking a cigarette. I thought I was going to choke. It was awful. I swore I wasn't going to be one of those people that made smokers go outside but when I get my new house, they will be out the door with the nasty things. I will keep and ashtray with 510's and 901's ready to go with fresh carts if they want to stay inside but they will not be smoking in my house.

I decided to try an analog after being off them for 2 months and a week (just to see if everyone here was right). I stepped out the back door and lit up. I took a drag and it didn't really taste bad, but I thought "It is a little easier to puff but tastes roughly like my pv with the same throat hit". I took another drag and then put it out (I didn't see anything I was missing that would make me go back to all those chemicals). Then it hit me "The most GOD awful taste I ever had in my mouth". My mouth tasted like my ashtray used to smell. Never ever again!!!

Have you guys tried Camel crush? They taste almost as good as vapes with the menthol crystals crushed.

Congrats Turco Chips! That's sooo Awesome!!! I, myself just completed 2 weeks analog free. The last analog I smoked tasted crappy-very
chemical-ick. BUT, I USED to love them sssooooo mmmuuuuuchhh. I do occaisionally find myself "fantasizing" about the flavor I remember. I KNOW that they will never taste the same again but......Well, the point is, sometimes I think I still want one. Maybe I'll try one sometime-but I hope that if I do that it WILL taste bad. I REALLY, don't ever want to go back to analogs.

This is the exact reason i smoke 1 cig a week now, just from people offering them, just to remind me how bad they are. Somehow... they get worse and worse. Although, it does help break the ice and get people to try out vaping. I haven't found one person that didn't fall in love with it (as a smoker). Even some of my nonsmoker friends ask to try it out every now and then just to enjoy the flavor. They get a kick out of my passthrough, coined my laptop hookah that smokes electrons.

It's amazing how powerful the effect PVs have on everyone!

Well ive only been Vaping for 4 days now and its been a great relief from having to go outside in the cold to hit a cig about 4 times just to put it out b4 i finished it... But my PV i have now (the Blu) is the HORRID it doesn't last near as long as i want and i just cant stand it.. But Monday or Tuesday the Calvary should come rolling threw the post office... I ordered 2 starter kits a DSE901 and Joye510 (courtesy of Esmokeyshack(.)com)along with 2 extra 901 attys and 1 901 bat also 4 bottles of juice (chocolate,Marlboro,Fresh Mint, Glacier Grape(walrus flavor).) for my xmas gift to myself. Although the blu wasn't the ecig for me it gave me a good enough impression to invest in not only 2 diff starters but 5 complete ecigs lol... I order the 510 and the 901 because quite frankly its the biggest debate since Hillary vs Obama LOL on which one is the best mini (excuse me if its not a mini but i believe they are) so i just decided to buy both

My main problem is my Fiance is very closed minded and although she gave my blu a try it really didn't provide the throat hit she was looking for and now i don't know if ill be able to get her to try these new ones. I did order Marlboro 12Mg Nic Juice as she smokes a 1/2 a pack - a pack a day of (Marlboro Ultralight) so hopefully that will be enough to get here to try vaping again... I keep praying it snows so she will get tired of going out in the cold and will ask to vape lol..

Yeah, I've been vaping for about two weeks now and the only analog I've had was 3 days into it. I got a feeling that I really wanted a cigarette, so I went out to my garage (which was still pretty dang cold) lit up a marlboro light (which I used to LOVE) and started smoking it. I smoked about 15% of the analog and I quickly put it out in disgust. It was so nasty, then as I was walking inside I had this horrible ashtray-cigarette taste in my mouth...yuck! I brushed my teeth quickly and started vapin the passthrough and 905 again. Got some 24mg 555 with a hint of cherry...yummm. Can't get enough. I'm happy enough with them for now...but i can't wait to get my GGT!!!

its funny when i smell people who have just smoked a cig, and I can't believe how i did it for almost 5 years...nasty. thank god for vaping...vaping is so good, i don't see how anyone could want to smoke an analog after vaping. even if all my vaping devices were destroyed I don't think I could go back to analogs...I would rather drip e-liquid on my tongue before I did that hahaha

Today I have been cigarette free for 15 days. I have read so many posts how bad cigarettes taste after vaping for a while; so I was curious to see if this was true because I did not believe it.

I just took two puffs of a cigarette (1st time in 15 days).

Results:

Taste = not great, but not as bad as I hoped.
Throat hit = actually vaping 36 mg liquid gives me a much harder throat hit than the cigarette smoke did. The cigarette smoke actually seemed very smooth compared to what I am vaping. I was surprised at this.

I will try this again in a few weeks because I really want cigarettes to taste horrible.
Alternatively, vaping always taste good and I can breathe, smell, and taste much better.
