Browsing around a site I saw something kinda neat. Not sure if this is a new technology or the supplier is yanking my chain here. Now someone is adding a tiny motor to the eGo so after 15 puffs it vibrates to let you know to take a break?
Well it was only a matter of time until someone came up with it! Maybe everybody else knows about it and I'm just late to find out. Do you guys/gals know anything about it? I thought it was kinda interesting. Check it out:

I'm with Tersur. I chainvape all day long...just like I smoked. I don't want something that tells me to put it down because I never put it down. It would be great for someone who is wanting to quit nicotine.

I'm thinking it's open to abuse. It could have a dual use for those seeking additional "immoral" pleasures. Rather than a vibrating warning feature, a piercing, high pitched and extremely loud siren might be more appropriate.

Or perhaps, an emergency notification message could (at the same time as the siren) be sent for an ambulance and paramedics to be dispatched immediately to resuscitate the user. Of course, a satellite tracking system would also need to be built in to the device.

The options for protection of PV user are endless. In addition to the abovementioned, as well as the siren and the ambulance arrival, a message could automatically be sent to the FDA to help them with statistical data collection to assist in forming regulations and restrictions in terms of nicotine content in e-liquids.

LMAO.... I loved reading that Nicko. haha Awesome. I found it a neat idea for maybe a brand spanking new new new n00b. Me, I don't want it or need it. I just notice many people's concern's who want to try but don't know a lot is "When do I stop? With a cigarette I know, with that I don't" Do I think the idea is going to take off? Nah. But it seemed like a feature some people who are just starting out might find a comfort in.

I agree. We stop vaping when we want to stop vaping. The idea of any kind of overdose warning system is too idiotic to take seriously. Especially if it added to the price of the device. Would the device detect how much (if any) nicotine was in the juice being vaped? We live in an age of complete insanity.

Oh I think you misunderstood. Or at least, from my understanding it's a "puff counter" so people know when they've had a "whole" cigarette so to speak. I just wanted to point out, I don't think it's meant to be an overdose warning.

Personally, a vibration every 15 puffs would drive me nuts lol My e-cigg should be surgically attached to my face at this point hehe

Oh, I see. And, yes, that will be an emerging market for plastic surgeons in the near future. I love the idea of not having to actually reach for my PV. Let's face it, it should always be in the exact place that it SHOULD be. My hands would then be free to utilize for other more important things, such as .... MY GOD, I can't think of anything!

I don't need it, don't want it and the way i vape it would drive me nuts. However, when I started vaping I was thinking that it would be nice to know when I vape the equivalent of an analog. I see this feature geared more towards new vapers rather than experienced vapers.

There never seems to be a shortage of ideas from the manufacturers. Some are good, like the 5 click off/on feature most eGos have now. Others, not so popular, like the combination flashlight e-cigarette or pen/e-cigarette combo. Also, Alibaba tends to be for wholesalers, so you have to wait until it shows up at some of the direct from China places to get your hands on just one unit.
