The thread for newbies who can't contain their excitment about incoming e-cig stuff!

Hey everyone. I figured I would start this thread for those of us who have our first e-cig kits coming (or second, or third... just help yourself really), so we could freak out about how excited we are without annoying everyone else.

SO, I ordered a KR808D-1 kit with extra batteries and cartos for my dad, some Lucky Strike juice (OMG MY BRAND I'M SO EXCITED!), and stuff for DIY juice yesterday.

I already got most of my DIY stuff, due to living very close to One Stop DIY Shop HQ. It is so incredibly frustrating to have my DIY stuff here and no e-cig! Aaarrrgh, the days pass like years.

Also, it's 4th of July weekend. I was hoping maybe I'd get it on Saturday, but I doubt USPS will deliver the day before the 4th. *sigh*

So, still puffing away on these @#$%ing analogs for now. *double sigh*

I hear the 808 is a fine smoke. The excitement always builds before new equipment comes in. I'm considering getting an EGO next week... if for nothing else to actually own all the really good hardware.

Have fun when it comes... and let the desire to smoke fade into history.

waiting on my 14500 3.7v batteries and charger to come. i'm loosing my mind waiting. first i had to transfer funds to the paypal. then when i did they went out of stock.. but the order is placed and i have a tracking number.

got 4 batts and one charger. wo0t!

modding my maglite to take either one or two of these puppies. haven't really decided yet.

i know one thing.. when this mod is done.. hmm why is this font suddenly italicized?
anyways, when this mod is done, i'ma vape my face off! NO MORE DEAD BATTERY!!

Yea I just ordered my eGo yesterday, hopefully Ill see it by next Tuesday or so but for now its the ... analogs for me too

Yeah, I heard a lot of that. The Kr8 really seems pretty ideal for me. I can't thank everyone here enough for that. I was about to buy something that probably wouldn't have had enough muscle to get me off cigs, and had no idea how to price shop and about all the coupons and everything.

I got everything I need for months at great prices from great businesses. And even though I haven't gotten most of my stuff yet, I am extremely happy with the CS I've gotten so far. And that's entirely due to everyone here being so helpful.

I JUST WANT IT TO GET HERE!

I'm really bad when it comes to ordering stuff online. When it comes to amazon.com or e-cig stuff it seems like I'm always ordering something. I just like getting packages delivered to my door, feels like Christmas to me. I wake up check my door and mailbox, grab the package, run it upstairs and open it all up, I look at everything in the package (even if I have seem it before), and put it all together. It's kinda like a ritual (I'm such a addict). Now that I been PIF it happens even more lol. In all reality though at least I'm not smoking, doing drugs, or drinking. Haven't suffered any consequences yet, but when I do I'm sure I settle it down.

lol, i used to be the same way. i would drop around 1-2k on online purchases a month. thank god i didn't have a credit card at the time. in one week i knew my visa debit and paypal master card number and ccv, better than i knew how to get from room to room in my town house.

The excitement never goes away!!! I used wait at the end of my driveway for my mail person, now I at least let them get it in the mail box. (just kidding). I have been vaping since Dec. 09 and when I order something new I still get excited. I have the Sidesho from Modern Vapor and an M401 from Innovapor and love both. I also am glad to see a few more from Minnesota on here as well. Good luck!

Plus, I've been wondering where all of the Minnesotans are! I noticed that DIY joint that is local, too. I'd love to hear what you think of the whole DIY thing.

Obviously I haven't actually tried it yet, but I highly recommend One Stop DIY Shop. They're in Eden Prairie and Kimberly is a doll.

checked my order. it's in the usps system and is being sent First-Class Mail. usually you get those in 2-3 days when it is domestic. so either monday or tuesday.
if i could only take a coma-nap till then, hehe.

i sent my brother off to work with my maglite to grind off the threads of the maglite where to top twisty threads are, that houses the bulb connects.

now i just have to hit up radio shack and snag some rca male and female connectors and a tac switch for the other part of this mod.

cant wait to use the hd video cam for this project. just have to figure out what software to use on linux to edit my videos. been a windows guy since, well, always. at this point the only thing i miss is my pinnacle studio video editing software.

Have you looked at openmovieeditor.org? It looks a lot like adobe premier to me but I haven't used it yet.

As for the waiting. I ordered a Provape wednesday of last week and recieved it in the mail Tuesday. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the batteries and I still haven't used it! The suspense is killing me!

They were really nice and apologetic about it and immediately shipped me the batts, so hopefully I'll see them today or tomorrow. In the meantime, I've got the premiumEcigs that I bought last year and just started using again and they've been helping me smoke less. They're not bad and now that I know that they're actually KR808's I ordered a 808-510 adapter and I'll be able to use them with all my new accessories for the ProVape.

Pretty exciting... c'mon USPS!!!!
