The thunderstorm tank by VLS has a fatal design flaw.

EDIT:Take back what I said. Long as you unscrew the top cap slowly the chimney doesn't spin (I was a bit angry due to unrelated issues and was looking for something to complain about). I got a build in here now, 26g 316SS, 2.5mm ID 6 wraps coming in at .13, and this is by far one of the best tanks I have used (Billow v2, Matrix, Starre, Crown). Building on this tank is a dream and wicking is almost as easy as winking an RDA. The juice channels are huge, you can pretty much place the wick anywhere in them and won't get dry hits, had it up to 100w. The flavor is amazing and the tank just looks great. I chain vaped the full tank's capacity @ 60w and the tank barely got warm. VLS really knocked it out of the part with this one.

That happens to me sometimes on the Cthulhu. Try lubing the o ring and see if that helps any.

Or if you can unscrew the base with it upsidedown, you can fill between the tank and chimney. You may have to unscrew the chimney some first.
