I will see what I can do... I am busy most of the day with breakfast, shopping as it's one of the guys's birthday tomorrow and he wants BBQ ribs today.....so I want to get them done before the game at 1:05.......

Good morning Treefam.... cable & internet issues...they can't come out till tomorrow.... so it's spotty until then.....

They win, I give up. Here is what I have not typed for a few weeks. First Aaron was hired as maintenance, the breakfast lady quit on day two so they put him on breakfast/maintenance. For three weeks no days off he came in and did both flawlessly, yet was fired. He was never late, the guests enjoyed him and he did his job so why the termination. He had a one on one personal face to face meeting with Latoya over all the stuff I have said, theft no work.

Then lets go Falicia, second day we talked and she showed me the twenty photos she took of rooms "cleaned" and the text messages. "Thank you Falicia, this is exactly what we need. No one tells us what is going on there." So my emails to you are down the forgotten memory hole then huh? And they were still shocked at the performance, first time ever. (not)

I told her we needed a surprise QA of the hotel, she said will not happen for two reasons. One if you are going under renovations they will not, and even if you did and scored horrible there has to be a GM on site for it to count. So years of "we are about to renovate" and we will never have a manager on site, so never a QA to let corporate know around the three.

The cameras do work come to find out, so right in front of them. Jaime had her boyfriend up all day once, with their dog running through the hotel. She eats the hotel food without paying for it, and leaves scrapes of it all over the desk. Nothing. Tobar late all the time, both on the phone all the time, and do zero. Nothing.

But if your a male of which there are only two, keep your mouth shut it is all good and as it should be. Breakfast lady scheduled for two straight weeks will resign some day. Fired the maintenance man yet never replaced him in two weeks. Gee I wonder who they want to pick it up?

Got it loud and clear, from a 1,000 miles away you will micromanage and nothing we say is going to effect them or change anything. Jesus let them know he has a dr's appointment for his son, he is going to take him. Answer schedule him for 16 hours that day, so he will not show for housekeeping.

We are less than a skeleton crew now. I hate going in after my nights off for all that is not done. Full trash waiting for me, full trash waiting for them. Did not assist the breakfast lady, its not my job, they broke me.​

On a brighter side this video came out yesterday and it is a different cool. If you have a touchscreen computer it will work if not use your phone. I was watching and wondering why there were words off screen to such a good group that makes videos. The content is not that great it is the new style that is. It is interactive, you can scroll the screen the whole time and view on the sides to back, the future of tv....

Check it out, it is neat. Imagine like their other videos as they walk a battlefield. "And what you can not get or see is the magnitude or the distance." If you can choose to look away from them on the walk to the side you sure can. Really neat.
