The V4l premium coolcart cartomizers ,are they 510??

I want to buy tobacco pre-filled cartomizers for my mother. I heard good reviews of V4L tobacco flavors . But they say coolcart. Are they 510 ??

If not ,where can I find good tobacco pre-filled cartos for 510 threading ??

V4L is all KR808D-1 stuff, if you want prefilled 510 then i can only think of places like Vaporkings.com off the top of my head, i know there are some juice vendors that will fill blanks with their juice too but i can't remember who they are.
