VK 555 CoolCart Thread Problems

I just received a box of Premium VK 555 CoolCart Cartomizers, and I'm finding that they will not screw on to either of my 2 Pass Throughs, nor most of my batteries.

Has anyone else had this problem? No way of burnishing the Female Threads that I know of.

Sent a message to V4L about the issue.

Thanks 5Cardstud. I"ve viewed that thread in the past, and since I do not have a problem with any of the other Cartomizers, I discounted having to reduce the diameter of the threads on all my Batteries and PTs to accomodate the 555 Carts.

I did turn down the threads on the new PT that I received with the 555 Carts, and can get the Carts on that PT now.

Obviously a QC issue, and V4L is stating it will go away when they begin manufacturing in their own plant.

It's just the treads aren't very clean and have burrs in them. If you steel woof or wire bush the threads on the cartos, not the batteries, they work. It's a pain but they said this is the last batch.
