The Vapor Company/Shark Juice - Bad Service?

Anyone else waiting on an order from The Vapor Company? Placed my order mid-January and still says "Awaiting Fulfillment." Seems other folks on their Facebook page are saying the same. Then they posted about another blowout sale (which is the reason they supposedly haven't filled the last orders). Seems they haven't cleaned up from the last blowout sale. Just wondering if I threw my cash away on this order - other people have trouble with this vendor?

want to make sure my opinion
gets to as many in the vaping community as possible:

Looks like most of us are in same place,
Ordered and paid in good faith,
now having to play the shell game
with Tim and the Vapor Company.
IMHO
Got took by the Shark.
Orders 1328 and 1416 from Jan 12 and 14, no juice.
No replies to 4 email, nobody on the Chat, or reply to trouble ticket 3825421, no answer at phone number.
RUN do not walk away from this vendor, this site, and its owner.

The owner is a total tool. I was missing 4 bottles from my order and he said they should have been in there. Then he finally sends them and guess what he wrote next to them? "Was on backorder" dishonest, the juice tastes like crap. Never again.

It's sad that there are vendors like this out there. I've only been vaping for 4 months and as far as ordering online goes I've only ordered from MBV and their customer service is great along with fast shipping times. I would like to try some nicoticket and a few others some time. It's just hard to beat MBV's prices, especially when money is so tight and I've gotta get the most I can for my money. So far I've been happy with MBV with only a few flavors I didn't like.

Nicoticket is worth every penny. I liked MBV too, still don't mind a few of their juices, but once I tried nicoticket I haven't really looked back. Superb quality and awesome customer service. Betelguese is pretty much all I vape now.

Just to let everyone know, we are still processing orders. The snow and ice we have been hit with didn't help the situation much but we are still at it 7 days a week. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your business. Bare with us and we will get thru this together. We are getting over 5 emails a minute and it is difficult to answer every email. However starting Monday we have some new customer service people starting so after Monday all support tickets, chats, emails, and calls will be answered. Look everyone no one is trying to ignore or act like we don't believe in customer service because we do. Fact is we go out of our way to make sure when a mistake is made or something is not right we correct it immediately because we do appreciate your business. Have some patience with us and we will get everyone's orders out as soon as possible. Plus our shipping software will now start updating each of you thru each step of the process on our end so you can see whats going on and be kept up to date.

Took about 4 or 5 more days to ship on top of the 3 weeks I already waited. I ordered 5 bottles, some filled all the way, some not. I've tried 3 of the 5. Irish Creme has some funky taste in it that doesn't sit well. Scorpion tastes like a halls cough drop. Icy Blue Nutz is the only one I like so far. Oh and my free gift for the long wait? Free bottle with another purchase. I guess if I want to wait a month for mediocre juice I can snag a free bottle. Oh well. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I threw all my juice from them away. None of my bottle were filled to the same level. Two of them were really low. Not only was I not impressed with the flavors, I have concerns about the quality as well.

Ive been waiting for my orders since the beginning of January from their first 1.99 sale. Since then Ive seen 2 more blow out sales and have had two promised ship dayes which have fallen through. As of today, still waiting...$100+ order so not too impressed to say the least. Ill avoid this compant in the future as well as steer friends away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW YOUR $$ AWAY!

Broken Promises and excuses:
-Snow and ice slowed us down
-well ship your orders in 48 hours (a month ago)
-well ship your order by a specific day (a week ago)
-I fired all my staff, they didnt have the same stanfards as I did
-we ran out of flavor concentrate...

I mean, If someone is going to make a promise...stick with it...if you know for a fact you need say an extra month, say a month...not 48 hours...if youre behind because of staff isues...dont hold two more sales when sale 1 prders have still not shipped !!! If I was smart I would have used paypal but I didnt.

Every other vendor Ive ever done business with was excellent. Ive had better customer service over seas...

Want top notch juice thatll actually ship? I highly recommend Juice Mafia...prices are good, excellent customer service and orders over $30 ship to Canada and US for free :)
