Oh man
I am hoping I receive mine this week. I am in Texas and I received the email stating that it was processed on 9-3-11.
I ordered 4 14250's and a WF188 charger from Innovapor. First I tried to receive info and purchase from wonderlite. After no reply for 2 mornings I couldn't wait any longer.Hate to have the mod and no batts.

To wonderlites credit he did answer my question after 2 days. Still may give him some business in the future as he and his products seem highly regarded here on the ECF.

Sure is hard to wait with all of the VMOD love going on here ha ha.

I feel your pain. This was from last week whereas Brian was going to "sort my order out" and take care of it as they have a new girl in CS that rocks. Going on two weeks now and not a word...but....silence.

I'm sure it will get sorted out, I've read stories of great customer service from vapage (Brian) in this thread so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully it will be here before the weekend. Hind sight and all, I really wish I would have paid for shipping just for the tracking number, now I know for next time.

I had posted a while ago about a burnt / metallic taste on 1.8 / 2.0 / 2.2 Silos with all / any of my DIY juices (which are VERY lightly flavored).
I decided I would try an old trick used to resurrect attys- by soaking the silos in Pepsi overnight, then rinse with a lot of hot water- then let dry for a day.
I am now happily using any ohm silo without 'that taste'. Not sure how or why it worked- but I am a happy vaper now that I can use more than just the 2.8 silos.
Thought I'd share in case anyone else comes across the same problem.

I agree...thanks for the tip.

Have you tried a PGA soak?
Might be less messy...

thanks for the tip. I have pga, don't do soda so I will try the pga soak... I just got one of my favorite juices in the mail yesterday and it doesn't taste good in the vmod :(. But it is screaming good in my kr8 w/a ss fluxo. Can't put it down... So i'm at a loss here... Tried all diff ohms, atty's and silo's. Seemed like the higher ohms were better, but not the same, til they died. Guess I need to get an ego or something like it to vape that juice. I bought 2 bott's this month, thinking it'd be friggin awesome in my vmod. Always something to learn here :)

I forwarded both of your posts to Brian's email address. He's supposed to be leaving China on Friday. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your items yet.

Thanks AG. I just got finished shooting Brian an email. I think that's the first email I've ever gotten from China. Like I said earlier I'm sure it will get worked out. One of the reasons I decided to order from vapage was all the positive things everyone has had to say about the way Brian handles issues that come up from time to time. I know it can't be easy running a fairly new company and having the leaking chassis issue. But I think Brian chose to handle it the right way by replacing the leaking chassis at the company's cost. A lot of companies out there would have offered it as an upgrade. I'll get off my soap box now and let everyone go back to enjoying their vmods.:p

Thanks AG. Appreciate it, and have already had response from Brian. That said, I got an incredibly fast response last time too, but as the clock ticks for actual arrival of the goods.......

I'm guessing he's frustrated too. It's gotta be difficult to put out fires from the other side of the world. :)

High and Laz, the Vmod will arrive, at some point, and we're all wishing it will be soon for you. It's going to be a great day in here with a load of celebrating for you both!

Tea, I saw Everclear in our area. It was a pretty small bottle for $20. Just info.

Sure wish there was a vapage.com specific supplier group/thread. I hope when I finally get my VMod it will have been worth the wait.

UPDATE:

So I finally got my VMod. I will say it was worth the wait, but this is my first experience with a mod, so I can only compare it to my eGo-T.
This little bugger looks great, is a wonderfully demure size, hits hard and is solidly made. No leaks because I've followed all of the directions included with the VMod and some of the recommendations here.

Now if we could only get Brian to get rid of the UPS thing for CONUS shipments. I see other people are having similar problems to that which I had. I think it's quite reasonable to expect that a supplier might want to keep up with a competitor to give awesome customer service.
To prove my point, I ordered my Vmod on Monday & paid the extra $9.34 for UPS (coming from California). The following Friday, I ordered a Reo Grand & paid $6.95 for Priority Mail shipping (coming from Maine). Both of these products were sent to Minnesota, so pretty dang close to equal distance. Here's the kicker... they arrived on the same day!!!!

So, in summary. LOVE the product, HATE the shipping. Product is worth the wait, but I hope the supplier gets my point and changes the shipping to offer quicker service. I would have happily paid the same price, letting Brian keep the difference to get the product 5 calendar days faster.

Ahhh, life is very gooooood today ~~~ Some 2.2 silo's came in the mail 2day and I threw 1 in my vmod and that elusive flavor that I was craving to find in my vmod came home to mama!!!!! Just gotta find the right combo that's all!! That's all?? That in itself can be quite frustrating, expensive, and time consuming. But once it is found it is almost orgasmic.

The build up to find the sweet spot is sooooo worth it!
I need a vape!!
