I don't know why Grimm Green (or whatever his name is) had so much difficulty with the vmod. I just got it today and it works like a charm - without leaks. Very easy to operate. Great TH (using with hybrid atty).

My only complaint would be the button - it's the spring. For some reason I feel like the vmod is coming loose when I press down the button.

Other than that I love it. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a budget bottom feeder with no strings attached (ex. waiting for stock, via PM, email only).

Ok. Watched Grims review and it got me thinking more about the leaking I experience every once in a while. Noticed he may not have had the o ring on the threads. Checked mine and sure enough I don't. Checked my original silos, which I have not used, and they don't either. I have sent an email and tried to call Vapage but only reached a voice mail. Any Idea what I could use in its place? Are they sending out the new silos and atties with them?

See if it's down inside the cup.

My Silo Cartos had o-rings on them, but the Hybrid attys did not.
Someone suggested cutting up a carto condom to make one.
Vapage told me that they should all be shipping with extra o-rings soon.

This button is similar to another metal feeder. it doesn't have to be fully depressed to fire. Try less pressure.

Funny, but true...when my vape starts to weaken (batts) I find I mash the heck outta the button and push the battery into the spring, like that's gonna make a difference

untitledblue, his name is GrimmGreen, you got it right. He didn't really have trouble, but did find that with the VMOD there is a tiny bit of different feeding method. Nothing dramatic really. Newbies seem to have no probs with the VMOD just like new computer users who are not afraid to push buttons. We "experts", or older time vapers think we must get over some "learning curve". There really is NOT a learning curve. Feed the atty and vape in whatever way works for you, altho, having said that, AG's instructions are "spot on". Very simple indeed!

However, newbies had best watch that batteries are charged. ;)

I've also noticed that I mash, taz. Why do we do that? It's much like standing at a corner or an elevator and jamming that button to work (to cross the street, or get the elevator). We're wired that way. Soft touch on the button, kids.

No mashing necessary. :2cool:
