A page dedicated to replacements. Wow. Now that IS CS. I'm impressed.

Remarkable Customer Service.... they are being proactive (by sending emails to vapers who bought their product) and replacing all the units, you do not even have to ask!

I've been telling you guys...Vapage ain't ....ing around!
Wait till the BF Hybrid Version 2 comes our way!
I'm almost giddy with anticipation! :)

They have my unwavering loyalty. They have the best CS that I have run across. Not very many company's would even think about doing what they're doing. I sure hope I don't hear anyone talking bad about their CS, I'll have to sic my dog on them, LOL

:(Mines stopped working.... I have had the "Crack" since Monday..... This afternoon my Vmod is currently non funtioning.... I changed batteries... Tried other atties .... and nodda...:(

That's sucky, BUT, at least you know your replacement is on the way. Gona be a long coupla weeks tho. So sorry

I ordered on Monday and no joy yet . I just wish they would reply to email's and let people know what's up .

Nope, haven't got mine yet. No shipping info and no response to the email i sent them asking when i should expect my order to ship. /sigh

I give him a few more day's if it was the free shipping like mine was . It will usely take a week to get a package shipped that way . That's why I wished I had payed for the 2 to 3 day's but anyway maybe it be here in a few day's .
I ordered from 3 differnt vendor's on Monday and all my stuff has came in but the VMOD . They really need to work on there email's and keep there order's up to date and let people know if it has at lest shipped or not . Feel one order and update the site where we could check if it is being processed , shipped or what ...
Be nice if they would put the VMOD in a kit forum too were I could have just make one order , or just carry some batteriers for it .

Exciting news cut and pasted from a PM. Hope Skinny doesn't mind cuz I think it will reassure those with Vmods now, those waiting for theirs to come, and those thinking of ordering. Patience grasshoppers, they are still tweeking and making it the greatest ever. I'm so glad I posted my dissection obs yesterday ;-) Such a wonder to have a company "listening" to their customers in this day and age :thumb:

Thanks to you we were able (me and R&D at the factory in China) to solve a new problem we were having.
The issue of leaking out the venturi was not and issue--only if it was over-fed did it leak out there, but....

Since we tightened everything up from the Hybrid, and Chassis issues, the weak links kept comming up...

Now that all the other parts on the VMOD had been tweaked, it caused any exes e-juice to dribble down the venturi and out the bottom

Remembering your post, we talked about what to do, and we came up with a cool idea that works in two ways. I think someone else might of mentiond this as well. What we did was install a silicon catch-cup below the venturi to keep the e-juice from running into the chassis and body. Whats cool is--it is self regulating. Meaning that as it fills up, it also gets sucked back up into the Hybrid/Silo thus preventing it from spilling over into the chassis. Simple but genius!

Now the VMOD is even more the vaping monster it should be--thanks

It's is so nice they are reading this thread and addressing our obs. It's exciting to be what feels like part of the R&D team. When this mod & atty combo take BF vaping by storm, and I have little doubt that it will, we can all say we were there:)

I am so thoroughly impressed with how this company is handling design/build issues. Now if they had a bit more help in the CS dept to get everyone an email update, they would be golden.
