I'm going to try that, hairball -- thanks for the tutorial! Has anyone found a replacement for the little gasket/o-ring? I ordered a kit and 2 atties, but got only 1 gasket. It's a PITA to keep swapping it out...

I'm hoping that vapage will start selling extra parts for it. A couple extra spares would be great. I'd panic if I lost mine.

There is only one of the large gaskets and mine stays inside the cup.
Didn't you get o rings on each of the silo cartos?

They are supposed to start having spare parts available by the end of the month.

For the last couple weeks when I took a puff I could taste my juice and didn't like the taste at all. After really taking a look at how this thing works I found that my silo wasn't tightened well and when I took a puff it was pulling air from where the juice was fed in. Then yesterday I tightened it down so that the bottom seal would work correctly. Wow so much better! I think every one that is having leaking problems isn't screwing the cartos/ atties down well enough. One other thing is every one having leaking problems make sure every cartos/ attie is tight because if not you will have leaks plus the drags you take will be airy and taste bad.

I really want to thank all involved with this post as it has brought me to the point of having the privilege of not only owning The Vmod but enjoying it beyond expectation. In just the short two days of using this device I have almost become a Vapage fanatic looking for a hill to go and preach upon the many virtues of the Vmod. I have had only the best of luck with hardware since my entry into the world of -vapeing- but this little beast has eliminated all of the short falls of my 808's and 501's. Not to mention it has added 10 fold to the overall enjoyment factor. For this I thank you all

As you now can understand, I am thrilled to hear how happy you are. I am even getting over the shorter batt life of the 14500 because of the flavorful vape. I just keep 2 on me and 2 in the charger :) Haven't touched my 18650 in almost a week. For this chain vaper, that's saying something!

They will not be for everyone, nothing is. However if a non bulky, light weight, palm friendly, mechanical, reasonably priced BF device is what you seek, the Vmod is a good choice. If you are all about a flavorful vape, you certainly should give it a go. It suits my vaping desires perfectly until the 18650 comes out

Preach on brutha!

keyzy, I agree. It was a very good and honest review. GG has had alot of issues with his VMOD, but it sure sounds like it is being corrected.

I have a feeling we are going to see more and more great reviews of this mod that we seem to adore so much!

Congrats, TheKeith.

It's kinda funny -- it's like we've been sayin -- the learning curve problems have been more with the "experienced" vapers. I'm only moderaltely experienced and I found the learning curve pretty tame.

I've sure seen first time bottom feeder people here getting it down pretty fast.

It really helps that there are some instructions with the kit----a rare find in this industry!

It really is simple.

Grimm reviews are to be taken with a grain of salt, feels like a shill at times... But that might be jealousy talking... from his swag.

He seemed to enjoy it when he figured it out.

It wasn't too bad of a review.
GG isn't a big juice box fan.
He readily admits to that during the review.

I hope no one let's it effect their decision to buy one.
It's really not THAT difficult to use, or get the hang of using.

I think most of us fiddle with it very little, once we got its feed down.

For me it was your explanation on how to feed this little sucker that has made it painless for me. I do have zero experience with anything other than a 808 auto and 501 ego that is till now oh and by the way I got to thinking about my other hardware and they were a solid replacement for the cancer sticks that I thought I could not live with out. The Vmod has just taken it to a whole other place for me I really just enjoy the heck out of it. Shoot I would even use this wit a zero nicotine juice with out a second thought.
