I can see that we are going thru the growing pains right along with Vapage. It's wonderful in a way, just to be on the ground floor.

Quick question: My BF Hybrids aren't here yet so I'm starting with 2.8 cartos. I assume I should pre-fill the carto, but what about batts? 14250's or 14500's first?

Yes...pre-fill the cartos.

Since you only have the 2.8ohm Silos...go for 6v...

Ok. Was losing the flavor on one of my atties and gave it a vodka bath last night(it had a lot of juice run thru it over the weekend). Cleaned up just as nice as other atties this way and really returned the flavor to new. Made sure to reprime it. Thought I'd reiterate it since it has been a few pages since AG brought it up and we have a lot of new members.

I went with some halo for an initial fill. The 6V's may be a little hot for this carto. My AW IMR's rattle something awful. Is that normal?

Aren't AW 14250's 3.7v batts?
If so, 7.4v would be kinda hot.

I only suggested it, because the 14500 would be a little bit weak with the 2.8ohm carto.
