I like it with the 1.5ohm atty better than the 2.0ohm.
It's not a high TH juice, so the heat helps...
For me...1.5ohm is where it's at...of course, YMMV.

The kits on their way to the states now have the 2.2ohm atty/carto combo.

2. What am I doing wrong...? I condom filled a 1.8ohm Silo carto. Let it sit for a minute with excess liquid 'flooding' the carto above the filler.
Then BAM- that horrid burnt carto taste.....
How can you tell -- does the chassis look something like this? If so, it's the new version.
I've never had burnt taste with any of their cartos.....unless I vaped um dry.
The instructions say to fill with some drops & feed with the feeder----that insures you are getting juice at the bottom and it's evenly distributed. There is no need I know of to overfill from the top. I think most of us used more drops than the instructions state--but to each his own! For me, it just works better if you get some liquid from the feed even with a fresh carto. At least, that's what it seems like.

Thanks tearose- I have the older / original version. That's cool, since Vapage is standing behind the product if/when it should crack.
I have all rings in place (one in threaded area in VMod, and the smaller one on the carto. I did do a bottom feed with the unit, but still NG as far as taste.
I'll try another Silo and see how that works out. I have a feeling the first cart is history, once that burnt taste is there.

I gottcha --- it's "light" but voluminous. Surprisingly so. Part of the charm.
Keep it wet -- at 1.8 you'll be "burning" through juice a lot faster than is feels like....as she remembers her first day.....!

I REALLY REALLY want this to work.
My juice is 80/20- pretty thin. Clear-ish color (not a heavy / dark colored liq).
The unit shipped with 2- 2.8 ohm Silo Cartos in addition to the 1.8's I ordered with the kit- guess I'll try one of those.
(down $9 within 30 minutes
, off to a bad start- but still hopeful!)
When I did the condom fill- it took 3/4 of a condom, then about another 5-10 drops. (Total is around 20 drops..)

When I let the Hybrids get too dry they can taste a little burned, but never the cartos.
They do hold a lot of juice, and it takes a few minutes to soak in...

The 2.8 is working well- of course it's 2.8 so the vapor is considerably less than the 1.8 that tasted, well you know.
I ordered 5 of the 1.8s, the two I tried and failed were from one bag- I am hoping the 3 in another bag are OK.

I havent had an issue with the 2.2Silos.I wet them down first,let sit a bit and feed them every few drags.
Just ordered my VMOD! got a couple 1.5 hybrids and a couple 1.8 silos too, now off to hunt down some AW IMR 14500s!
We're going to need a bigger room in which to fit all of our VMOD-ers.
