Just use 1.7 or 1.5ohm atty @ 3.7V and you will be good as gold ! As you know it takes 2.8 or higher with the 6.4V to keep the heat and wattage from ruining the flavor let alone the mod itself.
That's a good guideline, but it's a bit subjective also. And it depends on the juice. One of my VMods is loaded right now with 6v and a 2.2 silo with GBC. Personally, I didn't like the juice at 3.7v on a 1.8 silo or 1.5 atty, but on this setup it is fantastic. On the other hand, my TV Tastyfinger is absolutely divine on a 1.5 BF at 3.7, but is harsh and distorted at 6v even in a 2.8 ohm silo.
And for some, 1.5 or even 1.7 is simply too hot at 3.7. For example, I think Keyzygirl prefers the 2.2 silos at 3.7 (if I remember correctly)...
The mod has no problem whatsoever at 6v (even freshly charged) with the 2.2. Just take short, happy, thick, flavorful, and very cloudy draws!
The important thing is to experiment a little and find your own sweet spot.
