We lose power during bad thunderstorms and tornados and I am now comfortable with my 3 900 x2's. I am so happy with the x2/clearo combo that I can't imagine being without them. I use my 78's during the day at work and look forward to coming home to my x2's. Is that weird? lol
"Hi, honey. I'm home!"

Yup, what they all said. Not too much more I can add. And no "punching." :)

I find the regular 78mm Volt batteries will usually last me 2 to 3 hours of standard use before recharging (ritual, pick it up/put it down, come back after a bit, rinse/repeat). If one vapes the marathon, not putting it down, maybe an hour. The life expectancy is reported at approximately 300 charges. With as many of the batteries as I have, I don't think I'll reach the individual 300 charges per battery any time soon. Oh, and a minimum of 3 batteries on hand, as CatLady and Cindy indicated. Me, I have at least one of each color, in each size. :D

I like just about all the prefilled carts from SI, and I top them off with their liquids as I go for about the aforementioned 8 to 10 fills before needing a new cart.

The X2 is nice, has more power, will last longer between charges and will use either the carts or the clearomizers. It will burn through carts a little faster than normal, but I actually prefer the carts over the clearomizers. I have used both.

I love my 650 X2. It is my first "big battery", but it is really not big, just a little fatter. lol It lasts me all day! I just charge it at night while I am sleeping. :)

Here you go. Clearo shown for size. I use my Clearos for my PG based liquids and the tank for VG stuff.
Tank and carto holds about 4ml.

I started out with only two batteries that came in a starter kit and I did just fine for awhile. The kit I bought came with the PCC (portable charger) so a power outage or being away from a power source never became an issue. It holds three extra charges "to go".

I have to say I'm glad now that I have more, just because this has become more of a fixture in my daily life-which is chaos incarnate lol-so I don't stay right on top of charging a battery the minute as I swap them.

To try it on for size, I think 2 bats is fine. If you decide it is for you then you can always order more, their shipping costs are very reasonable. What I haven't seen mentioned yet is the BEST part about SI...the customer service is second to none. They have a money back guarantee and 3 month warranty, and their processing times are super fast. I usually make an order and have it in my hands 2 to 3 days later.

Only bad thing is that these things FLY off the shelf when they get a shipment. They are out of the bigger X2s right now (I'm wanting to try those myself and was told Monday or Tuesday), but they do keep the site up to date so you know what is/isn't in stock when you order and you can even chat with a rep on the vendor thread here or live chat on their site if you have any questions. Can you tell I love SI lol? I've used other hardware and still enjoy the idea of experimenting, the plethora of choices is one of the great things about vaping...but I always end up back on my Volt because it is the best thing I've laid hands on.
