Sometimes it seems like that's all we do is have b-days. Just two daughters here. All four of our b-days happen in about three months. I'll be hitting the big four O soon. Not that I need that to make me feel old.
I'm not sure its good timing but my wife told me this morning that I should go ahead and get myself the 46" led tv that I've been wanting for my 40th b-day. I'm thinking about a Sharp Aquos. I have a friend that works for Sharp and am going to see if he can get me a deal on one.

Yeah Wiz I was taken off guard by that. I talked to that friend that works for Sharp and he said it's a good deal.
Well I've pretty much decided on the Sharp Aquos led tv. I'm going to go pay for it this week so I can take advantage of a sale going on and have it delivered next week. I have to go pick up a new entertainment center before the tv arrives. I found one that looks pretty nice at our local Sam's club and it will match the walnut shelf unit we have in the living room which honestly I could really care less about but my wife likes the idea. So like all you married people know, if she's happy, then everybody else in the house is happy.
I went tonight and paid for it and the blu-ray player and scheduled it for delivery next Friday. That will give me time to pick up the new tv stand and get the old one out. I will be able to eliminate a lot of wires with the hdmi cables. I got a super deal on them thru an electrical supply house that I deal with for work. They were $8.50 each for 3m cables. Best buy is so overpriced on stuff like that. I hardly ever buy any cables there for anything.
Hitt.........NEVER buy cables from Best Buy!!!....I Found all of my cables for my TV,Blueray ect. on Amazon.....Free shipping...No sales tax....Can't beat it.
