One thing I no longer try to do is keep all of my "stuff" in one area. In the living, tv, and family rooms, I have pipe rack-humidor combos. The 6-pipe "rack" parts hold the batteries and/or assembled e-cigs vertically (no leaking if not empty) and the humidors contain a few of my main "go-to" vapes, carts, cartos, etc. An added bonus is that the seal of the humidor helps protect the potentially dangerous liquids out of the way of any curious, hungry, teething pets. Where I do most of my vaping and mixing (desk in the den) I have found that a medium-sized roll-top stationary/letter box works pretty well for me. Using an inexpensive stair-step riser type cupboard spice rack in the main section makes bottles and flavorants easy to find and the little stationary cubbies for envelopes, stamps, pens, etc. organizes the "paraphernalia." Again, the roll-top helps protect these items from curious animals as well as hiding them out of sight from you-know-who. I also have two 10x chargers to hold the additional batteries and attys in a nice, neat rows (which appeals to her obsessive sense of order).
May sound like a lot of cost, but humidor/pipe racks can be found at garage sales really cheap (seems a lot of people are quitting), and the spice rack and roll-top stationary box is available through mail order (or other places) at little cost. The most expensive items are the 10x chargers (about 25 dollars US each) but they do organize well in addition to keeping the batteries charged at all times (and keeps you-know-who off my back

. oh, I also found a copper silent butler at a flea market that I keep in the dining room and it holds some batts, attys, carts, and small e-liquid bottles. Martha Stewart may not approve of my choices, but my wife loves the silent butler and feels the rest fits well into the decor - whatever that is

Wouldn't work for everyone, but I didn't have the organization skills for a tackle box- ended up looking like my fishing tackle box in a few weeks... the one that makes it generally easier to buy a new lure than try to untangle one from the rest of the junk jammed in there.
