I was vaping my rda at about 35W and noticed I was getting a slight dry/burnt hit...

I forgot to redrip it and after 10 minutes I had totally forgotten it was dry, I then decieded to ramp it up to 80W and took a really bit hit off it, and I had the worst taste you can ever possibly imagine, I thought I was going to die I coughed so much :(

I just don't get how people make that mistake.
Second time in the last few days I've read something like that

oh wait: I bet you won't be doing THAT again.
I guess there's always a first time

I'm not sold on TC.

You don't need TC if you keep your batting material wet. Have we become so lazy that we need a function to protect us from being lazy?

yeah, I don't either ... I've never once had a dry hit

however, the OP could use something to protect him from burning his lungs

Agreed 100%.

[Ssssssh]That something is called "common sense"![Sssssh!]

It reminds me of the people who used to complain about Stardust/CE4/Iclear 16s giving them burnt hits whenever their tank got low. "I gotta tip it and slosh it around just to get the liquid to stay in the wicks".

Well, instead of waiting til your tank is almost bone-dry and twisting and sloshing it around to keep your wicks saturated, how about trying to just fill the dang tank back up again.........
