Since joining, i have decided the ECF is, without a doubt, the best online community i have ever been a part of. The members are friendly, helpful, and just all-around great. There's no flame-posts or constant strings of put-downs when someone asks what some might consider a "stupid" question, when someone asks a question that gets asked constantly, someone answers it, instead of 10 posts in a row saying "learn to use the forum search" or "just google it", and i've yet to see anyone be hateful or a smartass. This was definitely the best decision i could have made as far as joining a PV forum could go, and if you're lurking the forums right now, reading this post, you should join too, you won't regret it. If you just joined, welcome to a forum full of awesome people who in most cases will help you out in any way possible.
And I'd like to give a shout-out to, and thank, a few people who have been particularly cool and helpful towards me:
jifjifjif- Sending me 4 bottles of juice to try out (pear, strawberry, banana, and strawberry banana), because i don't have the money to buy juice right now want wanted to try a fruit flavor. Met my want (and then some) in the PIF Wants thread.
HeatherBee- Sending me a bottle of Pineapple Cooler juice from the Treasure Chest thread
mjones- A fellow vaper who lives nearby, is going to let me borrow an eGo batt or two to try out next week, and give me the hookup on a new eGo kit when i'm able to purchase one.
If any of you are reading this, just want to say thank you once again, you've all been great.
And a note to the new members, PIF (Pay It Forward) is a great social group full of people that love to help others out. If you're in need or want of something small ($7 or less), the PIF Wants thread is a place you might be able to get it. The PIF Treasure Chest thread is great if you cant afford much as far as PV items go right now and are in need, people post offers of things they are willing to give away, and you have a chance to accept 1 offer every 30 days. These threads however, are not something to be abused by the greedy, i have only accepted what i have from them because i plan on giving back through one or more of them when i am able. IMHO, if you plan on using them, you should be willing to give something back at some point.
The Pay It Forward threads are also great if you need something(mostly juices), and are able to offer up something of similar value(usually more juices) in order to get it, check out the thread for a better explanation of how it works.
