I know its long but it still may be a good read
Ok some people know me for all of my "useful" tips and willingness to help
some people know me as overbearing and opinionated... with an occasional rant here and there....
So here is a combination of both
I have noticed complaints popping in the v4l forum now and then for some time here... some legit and some just for the sake of something else....
My issues haven't been with v4l and many people haven't but I think when newbees that come in and see all of the praises end up getting their expectations built up too high and when they finally experience it ..they feel "cheated" so here is the lowdown the down and dirty and a straight shooting brash comments from good old Greg (that's me LGD
)
1. NO MATTER how hard v4l tries to improve their product AND no matter how much Leaf QCs and suggests improvements directly in china... you will get bum/mis filled carts and fowl juice from time to time... even maybe an entire batch IT happens
2. It is also hard to get the exact taste... no matter if your taste buds are wacky or your mind is "playing" tricks on you.
3. I also know the frustration when "experienced" people pull out the user error card... yes granted there is a small % of user effort ,,, but all in all it isn't rocket science. Understand people are trying to offer help and through the inter webs cant truly relate to your personal experience no matter how articulate your post is....
I have tried many many juices and cartos from many many suppliers... I even get US mixed juices as well to fill blank cartos.
I also use 3pc models as well... I love/hate all of them from one moment to the other.
So if you are not expecting the "holy grail" carto then you will not psych yourself into anything and take your purchase for what it is worth.
If you keep your mind open you will be satisfied and maybe even overjoyed .. if not you will be chasing your tail.
Alot of people take their first experience as total experience...I have purchased from steve and mark and got what I expected and definately wasn't disappointed..... even had duds which I just tossed because that's just the nature of the beast when it comes to mass manufacturing in china.
understand that just because someone RAVES about something it doesn't mean that is the whole picture....
One thing I do respect about the v4l is there pro activeness they participate in this sub-forum and seem to be open in helping their customers with their issues.... V4L is growing fast so it definitely is changing making it hard to provide what people have seen or heard at the beginning to the present... but one thing for sure it is still amazing how they still try
I personally am not saying if V4L is the best or not, but there are people that think so and there is nothing wrong with that... some will agree and some won't... One thing is for sure it isn't a bad choice in doing business with them.... they are not some SHADE TREE business....
I am not a good closer so I will just stop typing rather than trying to think of a proper conclusion
I am not a duck
