I don't know I think we as a people are expecting perfection in everything we buy. but then again it is our good money that we are paying so why shouldn't we expect the things we buy to work. with that said though at least for myself I KNOW this is an emerging technology that will only get better with time. I have only dealt with the V4L crew for getting PV stuff so I cannot speak for other companies but I have experienced some failures with their products. I probably would be upset with it normally. however with the way Steve and Mark and the rest of the crew handles defective items it does not bother me even to the point that now I don't even mention it.
