I have been vaping for over 3 years and using Halo for over 2. Your juice, bottling, reward points and packaging are amazing. However there a few things that have been irking me for some time now.
First off i wanted to touch on the dates of sales. I swear it seems like every time i order at the beginning of the month you have a sale right after. Whether its free shipping, extra goodies or a discount. It just stings that these always seem to be at random times. It would be nice to lock in a deal that can be used later in the month, not everyone gets paid at the same time. Perhaps even giving a heads up with upcoming sales so we can save up.
Second is the customer support live chat. I don't know if this is a 3rd party or whatever. On the rare occasion when you do need to contact them they are extremely snooty and honestly seem like you are wasting their time. That is how they make you feel. We pay a premium for your juice in exchange for this service... and it seems to happen every time.
Third i wanted to talk about the extra free sample that used to be in most boxes. The price of your bottles are rather high, but a lot of us pay it for the quality. That free sample was actually a nice surprise every month and made every order exciting... instead of just going through the same routine every month with the same juice. Whatever law is restricting this, cant you just charge $0.01 on the invoice for this extra surprise? I can't count the number of new flavors that i tried because of the samples and ended up buying every month. This system really does work and benefits both parties.
Fourth your G6 starter kits literally taste like you are vaping on a piece of cardboard. They have no airflow or flavor. I have an old kit and a newer kit and they both suffer from this. It would be great to see a revision on these for those that are looking to quit smoking. This is obviously not something i vape on nowadays, i just wanted to state they are extremely ineffective.
I don't know how others feel but it just seems like Halo lost its flare over this past year. Thanks for reading.
