Also posted in the new members forum, and at the risk of rehashing that post I'll make this the abridged version.

15+ year smoker of Marlboro reds, affectionately called by many "Cowboy Killers". Years ago I would of laughed and said you bet, as I get a little older it's not really funny anymore.

I've had my first batch of gear (a g6 starter kit with torque, a tobacco sampler and a set of blanks) for 4 days now and normally in that time I suppose I would of had at least 2 packs of analogs... what I've actually had is 2, just 2.

I looked at many brands before deciding to purchase, E-Cig, V2, Green Smoke, Blu... I cant even remember how exactly I found the Halo website... but the combination of made in the USA, a great looking website, awesome sounding flavors (which are getting a lot of good reviews) and a mid-ranged price for gear, made it seem like a good place to start.

For years I've thought of e-cigs as something that I wouldn't enjoy the feel or taste of... I couldn't of been more wrong, I think they taste very good, and are extremely satisfying in many ways.

I'm sure curiosity will force me to branch out a little and try some other brand's juices but... really enjoying Halo so far, actually put in a second order for another starter kit as a backup and another juice sampler + some extra juices.

I've seen Johnny post/reply here, and if you catch this, I just wanted to say thank you.
To people on the fence about Halo: I think its worth every penny and am extremely happy so far.
To other fans of Halo: I'm glad to meet you and I hope you don't find me too annoying, I think I might be around for a while.

Congratulations hall!! A 50% decrease is major. What happened to me was I decided I would rather vape than go outside to smoke. The same thing will probably happen to you especially with MN winters!!

I think many here will tell you that while taste vary and you may not like every Halo flavor, everything Halo makes is first class quality and you won't find better service or a seller that takes care of there customers as well as Halo.

I smoked a pack of Marlboro lights a day but since I found Halo I have grown to hate an analog cig. As a Marlboro smoker I'd expect you'd probably really enjoy the Torque, Prime 15 and Tribeca. If you enjoy a good cigar the Bella Vallente is awesome.

I do really enjoy Torque, Prime and Tribeca! Imagine that! Also I just put in for a bottle of Bella since I do like cigars. Also really enjoying Captain Jack's sort sweet tone... actually really enoying every single one of the tobacco sampler flavors... which I was not expecting at all since I just spent 15 years with one brand almost religiously thinking that other brands tasted like excrement.

Over three days now without an analog and happily vaping away, so far I figure I've passed on about 35-40 analogs at least.

And, yes it is very nice to not have to go outside in Minnesota if you don't have too, lol.

Due to my small budget, I've been accepting other juices as gifts/PIFs. I've only found ONE that I enjoy as much as Halo's juices, and it's a flavor that Halo doesn't offer yet. The rest leave something to be desired. By no means have I tried everything out there, but I know that once my finances are back on track, there will be some love sent to get more Tiki.

The equipment is awesome. I love it. It's fuchsia!

Just got my second kit yesterday, 2x Electric Lime G6 (puts me at 4 batteries) another tobacco sampler and a bottle of Bella and Tiki.

So far my current fav (which changes like the wind) is Captain Jack, followed closely by Tribeca, Bella, Prime.

Maybe I'm just easy to please! lol

Tiki is good, but maybe better for fans of menthols... but I'm still happy that I got it because it does taste good, not harsh on the throat and good from my other tobacco flavors for a change of pace.

I found it a struggle to resist the urge to smoke an analog with the inferior juices I initially tried. Once I got on board the Halo supply train I think I'm more addicted to Halo than I was the analogs.
