Hello, I don't know about your first question. Many atomizers/cartomizers will work on both an ego and a Kgo.

I can tell you that as far as I have been able to find, there is not a brick and mortar store in Cincinnati. There is an e-cig store in Cincinnati, but they mainly do web sales. I've heard that they have a booth at Trader's World (Index), but I haven't been by there. I did go by one day, but I didn't have cash for parking and they couldn't take a credit card at the parking booth. :(

Hi Spicy. Welcome to the ECF. You should be able to ues the kGo charger with all of the 650mAh and higher eGo Batteries, including the twist batteries. I use a generic usb 420mAh charger for my twist. The atomizer is 510 threading which will work on both units so yes they too are interchangeable. Any thing that screws to one should screw to the other, same threading same outer threading(referred to as ego threading) and all.
As far as a sho local to you here ya go VaporSearchUSA this is where you want to look if local is a must. The ECF supplier page is a safe place to start if byuing local is not a good option for you. Also theres a master coupon code list (which i cant find the link right now) that if you do go with an ECF supplier will be helpful when you decide to make an order. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

If they are prefilled, they are either cartridges that you plug into an atomizer, or cartomizers. If they're cartridges, don't bother. Toss them out and don't waste your juice. If they're cartomizers (one piece), then they can probably be refilled, but you don't want to mix flavors in a cartomizer. Best to get a box or two of empty refillable cartomizers and fill them yourself with juice you buy in bottles. Save your atomizers for testing juices by dripping it straight into the mouth of the atomizer. Get a drip tip to avoid burning your lips. That way, you won't be filling up a cartomizer with a juice you might not even like.

I also got a KGO starter kit awhile ago for taking to the office mostly. Like sailorman said, the prefilled cartridges (which are the small black plastic ones with a little bit of filler inside them) can be tossed because they don't work good. As far as the atomizers, you should always blow out a new atomizer by blowing through the battery side of it and blow out the resin in it onto a tissue a few times until there is no more in it; otherwise you will get a really nasty taste when you use it at first. They usually put a lubricant in new atomizers to keep the coils moist, but it needs to be blown out. Then I put about 6 drops of juice and let it sit about one minute, vape a little, maybe add 2 more drops, vape again. Once you do that on a brand new atomizer, then once it starts to taste like it's getting dry, you only need to add 2 to 3 drops at a time from that point on because there's a little bit of juice sort of at the bottom of the ceramic cup still that the coil sits in. If you have a juice that tastes bad, you can blow it out again and start over with the break in process of 6 drops, etc., then go back to 3 drops at a time :) That is how I drip and I love dripping!

Okay, so I think I'm going with this K-Go starter kit with the V2 Vision cartomizers instead. Adding an E-Go Twist so I can try the VV side of life. :D An order to Copper Creek for some of that juice of the year and other samples should have me on my way!

One concern I have is this: I saw a video of that fella who does a lot of video's (Paul D or B?) He said not to use the K-Go with an E-Go charger but didn't mention if the reverse was true. Which is what I'll be doing with the Twist. Someone earlier in the thread advised it was fine, but doubt has crept in now.

You can imagine I'm fired up (pun intended) to put these stinky beasts of destruction down for good and am in a hurry to try the alternative. I just don't want to make a mistake with the hardware and get discouraged from the start. The vets around here are just great, thanks for helping us noobs.

It's a good rule of thumb to use the charger that came with the battery with each charger.

Example-- Use the battery charger for your K-Go that came with your K-Go. Same for the eGo, use the charger that came with the eGo.

You can use something like nail polish on the battery and charger so you don't mix them up. Or maybe a colorful piece of duct tape. Such as a long sliver of blue duct tape wrapped around on the Kgo battery and it's charger.

I hope you love vaping it and works well for you. Welcome to ECF!

I think maybe you should try a few different juices. The house blend just didn't do it for me or any of my 4 vaping friends near by. It has no TH. Try ordering several different liquids from different vendors. Buy the smallest bottles you can get at 1st till you find what you like. I ordered a 30 ml bottle of house blend and it was a total waste. The thing about finding the right juice is that shipping takes time so if you only order one at a time and you don't end up liking it you have to wait for the next order to ship to you and so on.

I'm off and running! I went to Traders World in Lebanon Ohio and picked up a 900 mah Twist, two Starburst carts, a car charger, a usb charger and a couple jugs of juice (a 24mg and an 18mg). Been vaping like a Boss since! :vapor: This is unreal, I'm hooked already! Last cig was at 5:45...hopefully my very last one. Thanks for the help, folks. Awesome forum with awesome people so far. Glad to be on board.

Now the juice shopping and sampling begins! :D And I'm gonna add another Twist to rotate on the charger.

There were three that I saw, two booths owned by the same guy (Nuage and Premium) and Vapor Village. The guy with two is selling out to the Vapor Village guy and moving to Louisiana. The Vapor Village guy will then run two booths (better locations he said). I think I did pass another but didn't stop to look.

Between them they only had one Twist which I bought for $30 I think. Maybe a bit high but I wanted it NOW. :p The juice ended up being $.25/ml and I'm sure I can get better quality, but it'll do until I get an internet order here. Ares e-liquid is the name. Also got two chargers and a car adapter for around $20.
