throw it on the charger, charges for a while, says its done, i get maybe 2-3 drags off it before it dies again. i have an auto bat, and i think that i was dripping one time and flooded the battery, cause i get no airflow in it when i try to suck air through either end =( this makes me kinda sad lol. i have a blu in case it matters, im thinking of making the switch to manual batteries. how would i go about doing this, and will they work on my current chargers

If you were dripping using a non sealed battery and e-liquid got into it then yes, the battery is trash.

What e-cig do you have?

see that's the thing tho, im usualy pretty careful when i drip, i dont attach my atomizer to the bat till i know there isnt juice leaking out of the bottom, and i only drop 2-3 drops on the bridge. only done it a few times. my other battery is fine, and i do the same thing with that one. but im fairly convinced something is up cause i get no airflow through the bat when i try to push air through it, and my atomizer runs real hot on that bat compared to my other one

Try using the other atty with that batt and see if it makes a difference. Not sure how you would get airflow through a batt. Are you sure it's not the atty that draws hard? I have 5 attys - four which draw very easy and batts last all day, and one that draws hard and chews up batts (or acts like it does). Had a fresh batt with that atty, and the batt started blinking in 15 minutes. Switched out the atty with an easy draw one, and that "dead" batt went 6 more hours before it really died. That atty always ran a lot hotter than the others as well. Now it sleeps with fishes;)

Are you trying to convince us or yourself that it's not the battery?

It's going to depend on the brand of the battery. It only takes a single drop getting into the auto switch works to kill the switch.

Try wiping off the threads and center post of the battery and charger and then charged the battery again.

You asked what would it take to go to manual batteries. You'll have to tell us what brand e-cig you're using before we can answer that question accurately.

my bats seem to have "intake holes" on the bottom by the LED the "good" battery lets air pass right through if you blow on either end, the "bad" one does not.

I discovered that August was the e-cig killer month. I lost track of how many batteries and attys I lost. 901s, 510s, 401s. No discrimanation either it was just a killer month.

There went all my stock up.
Do you use a multi meter to check your atomizers?
