Just saw it while i was looking for the battery powered lighter. Kinda looked neat.

Not really enough info; but I really doubt it (IMHO). With something that size the battery is most likely lower voltage than needed for vaping. Also, the case doesn't appear to be large enough for an atty connector; you'd have to do an 'external' atty connector.
I've seen electric cig lighters that run on 1.5V AAA batteries.

I doubt it doesn't look big enough to get decent batts in it.
