I got the big daddy satin black on my provari it is very nice carto's don't slip out when pulling it out of your pocket and it is very nice quality.

I use the DCT tanks and they work just fine but the tank slipping up and down the cart does drive me insane. I want to try one of the new ones with the lock ring but I know I'll have to dremel some slits in the ring so it will get airflow with my provari.

I've been interested in carto tanks as well. I've really been thinking about the Texas Tuff Tanks from Vape Dudes. Seems reasonably priced and are supposed to be easy to fill.

Yeah, you are talking about the Hippo airflow adjuster from Atmistique. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/euro-suppliers/360395-atmistique-mods-accessories-more.html I just recieved mine yesterday and I'm pretty happy with it.

I see a lot of people recommending UDCT tanks. Can they only be used with flanged cartos or can you use regular cartos as well?

for it to lock you have to use flanged. If its not flanged it will be just a dct.

did you have problems with the tank slidding off?
I bought one of these a few months ago and the tank slid right off the carto when i went to pick it up. Haha right after that i picked it up off the ground, cleaned up the mess, and threw it in the trash.

no i have not it has the locking ring.it doesnt move at all.
