Thinking about the Ares mech mod

I'm seriously considering the Ares mech mod, not a clone. Topped off with the Tobh RDA, the kit looks sick as teats<sp> The only thing I don't like about the Tobh is the wonky way the drip tip sits in the top cap... kinda wibbly-wobbly. This will be my first mech mod. Any thoughts or opinions on either of these devices? I'll be purchasing these from a local B&M store.

Looks like a pretty slick setup!

not sure what Tobh you used, but both of mine (V2 and V2.5, both authentic) hold the drip tip firmly in place.

Tonight I pulled the trigger on a SS Tobh version 2 atty. Dual coils with 7/6 wraps of 28 ga Kanthal, reading 0.6Ω, wicked with organic cotton and juiced-up with Baker White "Berry Blast". The direct lung inhales were a bit of a shock, but no worse than when I took my first drag off an analog cigarette, or my first toke on a joint. All I can say is that the vapour production and flavour is outstanding. The difference between the Tobh and my Protank II is like night and day. There is no comparison, period. Chris at Vape Crazy helped me build the coils and offered some helpful hints. Those chaps at Vape Crazy are awesome! I have no affiliation with VC, just a very satisfied customer.

The Ares mech mod I mentioned in the OP will have to wait. My DNA30 is hitting the Tobh with 27.5 watts on that build and holding up just fine.
