hi
so I'm thinking bout trying a vv mod. thinking about buying a lava tube since its under 60bux......but since I'm pretty new to this i have a few questions.
1. what does diff ohm mean?
2. what kinda cartomizer or tank should i buy so i can try vaping at different volts????

right now I'm currently using a ego battery with kanger cartomizers 1.9-2.0ohm???
also I'm using vg base juice so i need something that works well with it.

thank you

I think you are making a good choice with the lavatube. I own 2 Version1 models and I am loving them! I would suggest getting a tank and some 2.5 - 3 ohm tank cartomizers to use. And an atty for dripping (if you want to try that) or sampling flavors. LR cartos won't let you experience the full potential of the LT but will work, too, I have several 1.5's and they work just fine. DON'T get High resistance dual coil cartomizers though, they don't work too well with the LT.

As far as tanks, the Smoketech DCT tanks seem to be pretty popular. If you want a really nice one that won't crack or cloud up with cinnamon or some citrus juices, take a look at Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks. A bit pricier but definitely worth the money and beautiful! I own 5 of those babies and got them all fully loaded to rotate. (no, didn't buy all 5 at once, I spaced it out a bit...LOL!)

As a Canadian, you may want to avoid any possible border problem and buy from a domestic vendor.
Go to canvape.com. They are in Ontario and have the SS lavatube (under the name L-Rider) for $60. That is for a version 1 full kit.
Got mine there and am happy with both the product and the service.

Actually, their stainless one is $69 and it's nothing like the one at Apollo. Not even close. It has entirely different caps that aern't even stainless. It's more like the aluminum LT with steel tube where the aluminum one would be. If you look at the Apollo site, you can see there is no comparison.

Decided to try the vtube. Mainly because of the discount. This will be my virgin venture into variable voltage.
Stainless was 73.00 with only one battery. Hope it is a worthy purchase.

You'll need a scond battery.
You can get the best battery for it for 7.99 shipped at Orbtronic.com
Look for the Panasonic 2250mah CGR18650CH

You'll need a spare and that's the best battery available at the best price. It's better than the stock battery and better than the AW 18650s even.

I feel like I'm stalking you but I end up buying pretty much everything you recommend including this!

Gawd I wish I hadn't seen these! Now I'll have to order them next time I get paid.

Just ordered it. Still waiting for it to arrive. very excited lol

You'll love it. Just use 2.5-3ohm stuff and stay away from the dual coils.
You can also use eGo type clearos and cartos etc., but watch the resistance. They're usually kind of low to make up for the wimpy 3.4V eGo batteries.
Speaking of batteries, I hope you got a second one. They're big and take quite a while to charge.

I got 3 batteries as spares coming also. Also have a couple of different kinds of addys coming. I'll keep the dual coil cartos for the eGo stuff i got. I wanted to order a provari but when i read about the deal on the Lt. I said screw it and ordered one. With The money i saved by buying the Lt i was able to order a variety of different juice.lol
