I'm a newbie I guess, Ive been on and off vaping for two years. I finally found a device I like. I haven't had an analog in a month. I started on a kr808 with cartomizers. Not a lot of vapor not very satisfying. It was untill I bought the Njoy Npro. and used my own e-juice from vaporrenu that I was satisfied enough to take the next step and quit smoking analogs. Still Im on the go a lot and the battery doesn't last long enough. These tank systems seem to give good vapor, lonng batt life and easily filled carts should I get on, and which is the best product for the mony thanx everyone MrVapist

I have the ego tank system and I do love it. I have had no problems what so ever. I already had the batteries so I'm not sure on the kits. I'm sure someone will help in that dept. Welcome to the ECF. You made a good choice. So easy to fill I don't even take the end cap off to fill I just use a 1ml pipette, it doesn't get any easier than that.

Same here - I got my Ego T kit last wed. and haven't looked back! No problems what so ever - great Vapor, TH and I don't have a problem with flavor. Batteries last for about a day and a half of pretty steady vaping (4+ ml) and it's very convenient.

They are out of stock right now, but I ordered my starter kit from ivape.net for $59 (about $66 shipped) and received it in two days. I know a lot of people aren't so thrilled with the tank systems, but it's working out just fine for me. Happy vaping, and welcome to ECF! Ton's of really helpful people here, so ask anything you can think of.

DUH! I have a ton of those pipettes laying about! Why didn't you tell me of this before!
I been feeling so weird pulling out my syringe at work to fill my tanks(I hate trying to pry the caps off the cart)! LMAO!

Get it!!! I am a tank convert all the way. It is what has finally gotten me off of the analogs. What the tanks offer is ease of use above anything else. And for me, that was the most important aspect. You can find better devices for flavor, and there certainly is cheaper alternatives if you just want longer batt life. However, the tank is a great device for being able to charge, fill a couple carts, and be good all day. They produce great vapor. Taste is probably the only downside because you do loose some flavor, but I've been able to find juices that taste great with the tank system and there are some ways to help get better flavor that you'll discover with use.

anyone try the universal tank carts? they fit on any 510 atty.???

i have one and although it does work, i feel it needs more juice flow... cant seem to get enough juice into the filler tip that sits on the wicking in the atty...

I wonder if a better-wicking material would work for those "tanks", for example creating your own blue foam plug? Since those tanks still use a wicking material on the cart/tank itself, they seem more like a commercial version of a highping mod than an actual tank. The nice think about the ego-t tanks is that you don't need to cap them when you take them off. Surface tension will keep all but the runniest liquids from leaking out of the tank even if you hold it completely upside down (you'd still want to cap them for long term storage or transportation, though). Still, if they work better than a regular cart without having to mod things yourself then they're probably not a bad option.

I have a volcano tankomizer coming in within two days. Can't wait!

I would look into the policy each vendor offers re these attys with the ego t kits. 30 days 60 days? Vendors like vulcano offer no warranty (other than complete doa). These attys are still in the problematic phase and failures are common with the wicking.

Few dollars more from a quality vendor makes sense with these (jmo).

I Highly recommend the eGo-T. I also highly recommend getting it from Cignot. The eGo-T is a wonderful device, and although it has some small drawbacks (reduced flavor, doesn't like anything more than 30-40%VG, doesn't like dark juices) the benefits outweigh them.

It produces superior vapor to many units, easy to refill, long lasting batteries (I get over 24 hours from my 1000mah batts), and just plain looks good :)

I prefer Cignot.com because of their warranty (60 days on batteries, 30 days on atomizers), it protects you from getting a bum unit and having to eat the cost. Vicky at cignot is the epitome of good customer service, you will be happy!

If you are still on the fence, check out my blog link in my signature, I have some tips and tricks for the eGo-T, as well as new vapers in general, and I'm adding new stuff all the time (The blog is only a few days old at the moment)

The 50/50 PG/VG I get from FSUSA works great in my tanks. I don't know if maybe they thin their VG or what, but I've had no wicking or leaking issues. I have, however, experienced first-hand the tank's hatred of darker liquids. I've found that light-colored, fruity liquides work best (FSUSA's VooDoo is pretty much perfect for me, except they're out of stock and I used up the last of my supply over the weekend :( ). There's also significant variation in atty consistency right now. Of three atties I've tried, one was a dud, one works marginally well (lots of vapor, muted flavor), and one works like a champ. Of the latter two, I've definitely noticed that the atty that works really well goes through a lot more juice, so it could simply be a wicking issue (no leaks, though!). That atty was purchased separately from the kit (all were purchased from CigNot and all are v2 atties), so I'd recommend picking up at least one extra atty on top of the two that come in the kit "just in case".

I second that note about picking up a 3rd atty :) I'm glad I did. If you check out my latest blog post, I had an issue with one of mine a few days ago, that stemmed from a dark juice. I'm never letting a dark one touch my tank again. It was a good learning experience, though... I figured out how to get rid of the "after dark" burning taste, but it took some experimenting to get there.

Nice one Kellie

Hey you two, are these 1ml pipettes universal in size? Where did you get yours please? (Just wanting to ensure I get the type that are small enough to fit :) Thanks.

The tank is just AWESOME.. No more PCCs, spare batteries, carts, or coartomizers!!!! I only take my Inferno T, and a spare tank (I like to switch flavors)... Lasts all day. Good TH, Flavor, and Vapor.

Warning... I ruined an atty in a week (dark juice and noob errors)... check the ecf forums on atty maintainance, no probs since.

Was your problem with a burnt taste after running dark juice too long? I figured out how to fix that after running for a week with dark juice :) I posted about it in my blog (see my signature). No guarantees, but it worked for me, and worked well.
