Thinking of doing a few Vamo PCB Mods

I have a few questions as I've got a few offers for up to 20-30 samples of a few companies take on the Vamo PCB as well as the original manf. offering a few samples to compare, so I figured I would make a few testing mod boxes to toss them in. My questions are as follows;

1. What would be the closest size to the hana modz Mini v3 and the hana modz v3? I'm eyeballing 1590A boxes by a few manufacturers, any recommendations on the 1590 size that fits closest to the two Hana Modz?
2. Generally would you rather see the readout / display on the fat side or the actual side of the mod?
3. And for the buttons, fat side, same side as readout / display, or on the actual side of the mod?
4. Batteries, I have protected, unprotected, and basically any 18350 or 18650 battery I could want to test, which 1590~ box fits the 18350, and a slightly longer box that fits the 18650?
